Nice products, extremely poor packaging
The products themselves are really nice, but the way they pack porcelain items is unbelievable — there’s no protection at all. You can expect to receive broken pieces instead of an intact object. I received my order with two broken items. I wrote to them, and they instantly sent replacements. However, those arrived broken as well, simply because they don’t protect the porcelain items during shipping.
