Purchased a ceiling swag hook. Very difficult to find one with a contemporary look. Creative Cables has one that is very well-designed. It arrived quickly soon after it was ordered.

I previously purchased product from this company and had a good experience. This time was no different. The quality of the items I purchased, the value, and the professional knowledge shared from the person I talked with would all be rated excellent. I was building a light fixture from scratch, so I viewed components online before calling to order. I would have no hesitation recommending this source for their products. Items were shipped promptly and received in a well packed heavy duty box.

I'm really super psyched about my creative cables order. I had come across a competitor first but then saw the quality and color of creative cables cord and thought it was so much more professional looking. Additionally, the variety of accessories is just amazing - you imagination can take you wild here. And the bulbs they stock - holy cow - gorgeous! I bought the UFO ones and LOVE them! Customer service is incredible - I had one small issue with a fairlead and the owner sent me a video of install so I could trouble shoot. WHen we realized the issue was with the fairlead, he sent me new ones on the house and a few swag hooks for my trouble! Can't recommend enough.

Products are unique and worked well in our pendant do over. Good service and good follow up. Thanks

It wasn't until two weeks after placing my order, when I checked the delivery status did I discover my order still hadn't shipped. It wasn't until I asked why that I was informed an item I ordered wasn't actually in stock (though I had been charged for it). I was told it would come in the next week, but it never did. I have reached out numerous times since via email, phone and chat option and have received no response. It's been over three weeks now and I have no idea if or when my order is coming. I am sympathetic to the complexity of supply chain issues, lead times, etc, but this simply a lack of basic customer service. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but when the company in question operates like this, there is no other option.

Zero updates in weeks. No replies on status it progress. Next steps will be to contact my credit card company if I can't get a reply or shipping notification. I'm not sure they are still in business.

Products are great. The only reason I didn't give five stars is I never received an answer to my emailed question about one of the products.

This "Gold Rayon covered Round electric cable - RM05" was to big. It does not fit the hole size in my lamps. It looks more like a heavy duty outdoor cord. I wish you made a smaller 2 wire size which I was able to get at a lamp store years ago.

I really want to order two plug in pendant lights from Creative Cables. I received a response from my initial request for information four months ago. This response didn't really address one of my main concerns, but 3 further attempts at communication have not been returned. Today I called Jami in Tennessee (from Canada) and I am really hoping my voicemail will be returned because I am eager to start this project and I acknowledge these are quality products. I see another review where a customer has not had a response from Creative Cables despite multiple attempts. I am wondering if some messages are being blocked as spam? Please contact me!

Supply chain was an issue but customer support was fantastic and made the transaction a pleasure (despite the delay)
