Creative Ironworks Reviews

It was a pleasure working with Creative Ironworks. We hired them to repair our 4-storey fire escape staircase and fit fencing. What I value most in tradespeople is quality and communication. Creative Ironworks delivered excellent work to the right spec. We had constant contact with them; Paul and John responded quickly over the three months that we employed them. Having hired many tradespeople in the commercial property business, Creative Ironworks were by far one of the best and enjoyable people to work with.

Excellent service from Paul and his team
Came back to calls and emails fast customer care was world class
Just done excellent

I phoned Paul for a very small job and he was nonetheless, helpful, courteous and quick to offer his help. This is a trusted individual I would highly recommend to anybody. He ask for a photo of the problem to decide best course of action. This was just outstanding service and he helped destress the situation promptly! Well done, super kind, made my day! Highly recommend this firm!

Such a good firm to deal with - great work, great team - so pleased with the new railings! Thank you, all.

I had a couple of nesting tables that had been made incorrectly by another company which Paul and his team remade perfectly for me- they were more than happy to help me, even though their usual projects are much more substantial. Really happy with their friendly service and with the finished tables. I’ll definitely be going back to them for any future work. Highly recommended. 👏🏻

Paul Baas and his team at Creative Ironworks did a fantastic job, building and installing 50m of bespoke decorative railings, much to the annoyance of our two dogs, who can no longer wander off through the village.

Creative Ironworks are a friendly and highly competent team whose workmanship was faultless, and they produced a beautiful set of railing which have a high end finish. Worth every penny and we are delighted with them.
I can highly recommend Creative Ironworks and I will be going back to Paul with other projects.

Beautiful set of gates to our exact requirements delivered in a friendly and timely fashion. Continuous update on progress with all questions answered professionally.

The gates to our drive way had been severely damaged by a Truck when we were having building work at our house. The gates are also 25 years old. Paul gave us a quote, took the gates away, repaired and refurbished them, and refitted them beautifully. They are just like new, and I have no hesitation in recommending Creative Ironworks. They are totally professional, and a great team.

After being let down by a previous builder, Paul stepped in and built and installed a handrail to assist my elderly Mum continue to manage her garden steps. From start to finish, Paul was like a breath of fresh air. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and we are absolutely delighted with the finished product. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and his company to anyone and will definitely use him again in the future. Fantastic work.

We had a fencing and bannister made and fitted for the front of our house. It not only looks great, but was completed in a professional and timely manner. Thanks again Paul and Creative Ironworks.

I asked Paul to fabricate and fit a balustrade for a small patio plus handrails for two sets of steps. He and his colleagues took great care in measuring, fabricating, pre-fitting and final fitting, with excellent attention to detail. One of Paul's colleagues (a builder) undertook remedial works to the patio, again to a good standard, because my original builder had let me down. It was a pleasure dealing with Paul and his colleagues and I'm very pleased with the end result.

These guys were really helpful, I had 3 or 4 different things that I needed welded and because it was Stainless Steel it does make things a little more awkward,
Apart from the fact they did the Job really well they were very clean and tidy after, you wouldn't know they had been their at all,
I would thoroughly recommend these guys, make sure you get a quote a least before you commit to anyone else!

Great service turned up on time polite and done a great job!
What else can you ask for!

We are now the proud owners of a very smart bespoke driveway gate. Fitted superbly well, couldn't fault Paul and his team. Communication was fantastic in regards to fitting and time frame. Thank you.
