i had a problem with my account

i had a problem with my account, spoke to someone who sorted it out within hours, not days/weeks like some companies. They kept in touch with me , telling me what was happening. I am very pleased with how everything turned out in the end

Absolute con artists

Absolute con artists. They offer a free trial but the site is impossible to manage easily and designed to get you to pay more immediately. They charged me over £70 within minutes of signing up for a free 30 day trial. I emailed them within minutes of that and they said that the change happened “outside of their time period” to allow a refund. What nanoseconds? AVOID!!

I had one of the best experiences…

I had one of the best experiences happen to me with an online platform.
I made a purchase by a mistake and I was shaking. Contacted customer support and the customer agent was extremely helpful, Alex helped me get my inquiry sorted professionally while showing caring and understand. Such thing I miss when dealing with local business agents here in my country sadly. I'm happy they solved my problem in less than 5 minutes. They are trustworthy.

amazing customer service

I forgot to cancel my subscription as I had a baby 2 weeks ago and I missed the trial ending date, so I got charged the annual fee. I reached out and Alex sent me a link with steps to follow in order to get a refund. It was all done so quickly, I'm so appreciative.

Ridiculous!

Ridiculous!! There’s no cancel subscription button????! How is this legal. I have been woken up at 3 am to a fraud email from tsb as they have attempted to take £56 from me even though, I’ve emailed them and they said they had cancelled my subscription for me.

I accidentally clicked to claim free…

I accidentally clicked to claim free credits during a free trial I just started. Resulting in my card being charged. However, as I immediately contacted customer support, despite of being almost 8pm, they replied quickly and refunded me. I love the efficiency!

I did not use the service at all, and my refund request was denied despite being made immediately.

I had my son subscribe to the website…

I had my son subscribe to the website features by mistake and when I requested the refund it didn't take 10 minutes before I received an email from the customer service on how to cancel it and get the refund.
