Took my Mac book Pro 15" Mid 2012 with both fan connectors broken off the logic board. They micro-soldered new connectors cleaned the fans and heat sinks and reassembled with fresh thermal paste all why I waited at a very reasonable cost.
The Mac now runs much cooler and seams faster.
I would highly recommend this company!

I could not recommend these guys highly enough! When my laptop stopped working I immediately went to the manufacturer and all they could do was be rude and quote me almost the exact same value as the original laptop. After doing some thorough research, I discovered Creative IT and was swayed by all of the glowing reviews. Nothing I could say would do the team justice but this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Everyone was extremely accommodating, transparent with the issues and the cost. Speaking of which, they will quote you quite possibly the cheapest cost you'll find. I was advised it could take upto a week to order in the replacements but my laptop was fixed within days. I could not be happier with the service. I genuinely enjoyed the entire experience which is bizarre considering the circumstances, but I would not hesitate to come back if I ever experience another issue. Thank you!

I have just collected my laptop from Creative IT. It had been damaged by a water spillage and they got it up and running again very quickly and at a reasonable cost. A friendly and efficient service. I would recommend.

Dell XPS 15 Laptop needed its power port replaced - and its inside checked after a friend shared his beer with it. Great contact and service. In on Monday, ready Wednesday. Great service, great staff!
Took my 2010 MacBook to these guys for a repair (GPU) has it fixed the same day!
Thought I was going to have to spend £££’s on a new machine but these guys have done the job!

Extremely satisfied with my data recovery on my western digital passport hard drive.
All my documents and photos was recovered. Highly recommended thank you very much.

I only want to mention that this company went out of their way to collect and bring back my laptop, when it broke, last month.
I use a Zimmer frame in the house to get around and could not go to his office.
The fellow there, Sam, was extremely helpful and polite.

Steve serviced my laptop on short notice after he had worked on my partner's.
He was courteous and reliable, and my laptop is running much better than it had been.

Way Overpriced

Called them for a quote but the price is ridiculous even for some simple fixes such as dust removing. Ended up watching youtube tutorials and did it on my own to save a hundred.
