Great product poor delivery
The vinyl I brought was very good,and despatched very quickly but I would definatly consider dropping UPS as your delivery service because they are actually the most unhelpful and useless delivery service in the UK maybe try interlink never a problem and up to date tracking services to the minute rather than a you'll get it sometime in the next 12 hours

Thanks for your review, we're very happy to hear that you like your vinyl and the speed of our service. Regarding UPS, we find them to be a very reliable courier service and they only let us down on very rare occasions. However, we do acknowledge that they only offer an all-day or pre-10:30am service for delivery, and they do not offer 1-hour slot notification like some other couriers. The majority of our customers are buying for a business, meaning that there is always someone to sign for a parcel during delivery hours, but we accept that this isn't ideal for customers delivering to a residential address. We are planning an in-depth review of our delivery processes very soon and we will take your comments into consideration when reviewing our courier options for the future.

An efficient and helpful firm.
I found Creative Transfers on the internet. I am a hobbyist, am never going to be a big spending customer, yet they treated me as though my order would be worth thousands. They sent me a generous free sample pack and followed it up with a genuinely helpful no pressure phone call.

I needed shirt numbers for my junior football team to comply with league rules.
A quick search in Google threw up some choices.I opted for Creative Transfer solutions after looking at the products available and cost.
Numbers ordered - easy, and delivered in good time.- great
I had no problems applying the numbers and they look great.
Even better - we won our first game with the number on.
Good service / good product - would recommend to others.
Always looking for shirt sponsors if anyone would like to help - I can now apply the sponsor logo myself to keep the cost down!!!!!!
