Ordering and delivery.
As far as ordering and delivery goes, the experience has been fairly good.
However, trying to return a wrongly ordered item at present, and waiting for returns information, so can't comment about this yet.

Would have liked a compound angle view of the tap when puchasing to give reassurance that the centre boss was extended in length to suit the oven requirement, rather than being flush wirh the tap base as on the hob.

The bulbs arrived in a couple of days and look to be doing fine.
They are smaller than the ones I have been purchasing replacements from local electrical retailers but they don't last long. Now I have the bespoke item I hope that they will last more than a few months. Great to know you are there for us.
