Spent close to €1500 on an oven. Main oven stopped working after a year and a half. Called for help as it's still under warranty, they made me jump through a number of hoops, confirming when asked that they would be able to send someone even though I'm in Ireland. After I did all that was asked they changed their minds (literally) and now refuse to honour the warranty. Sent me back to the company I bought it from who have so far been extremely unhelpful also. Absolutely AVOID if you are in ROI if you have any problems there is essentially no warranty and they will not do anything to help you.

As an aside the oven also didn't come with a connection it was meant to have to connect to gas, all duel fuel ovens come with the connections but ours was missing. But they wouldn't send one when I asked, they said to go find it myself so had to buy it out of pocket as an extra.

Make better ovens that last more than a year

I bought a stove from this company last year for almost £750 and stove is not good first the door couldn't shut then stove was not working for at least a week, they came fix it, then the door starts to open by itself whenever it's in used, I called them but all they do is give me the run around, now am scared to leave the kitchen whenever am cooking because I have a 1 year old who likes touching everything and am stock with a stove that's not properly made. Total waste of Money as a single mother just moved into this house

Ordered parts for my cooker and paid for only to find they have no parts in stock and can not give me a date when they will be. But were quite happy to take payment

Part easy to put in place! Machine works so much better now - no more fluff everywhere!!

The spare part was dispatched on 9th July, did not arrive until 17th July. Not a very good service.

This is a good company and my first call if I need spares for my creda appliances. The parts are easily identifiable and arrive in good time. Very efficient

Less expensive than some of the aftermarket sites

Quick, easy to find, easy to fit, saved me buying a new machine. On my experience I would certainly recommend this company
