Thought had wrong part, e-mailed spares with query, very helpful. Hadn't opened package as thought had two items in, they confirmed spare number, advised to open package - hey presto turns out there was just the one item, (twisted in order to get in pack), fitted to oven/grill - works a treat - very impressed

Expensive draught excluder.
Service was fine. Delivery fast. It's only the price that makes me give this review. Was so amazed when it arrived. It cost £18.65 which included £2.95 postage which was for effectively a metre or less of draught excluder. Wish I had just gone out and bought a packet from the DIY store for around £3.
Creda really needs to consider it's customers more and not fleece people this way.
