Don't trust stock levels shown on website
Although the website showed the item I needed as being in stock, I received an email after placing my order telling me that they didn't have what I wanted but could supply an alternative for an additional £16. The original order was only £13 including the delivery charge, so I opted to cancel the order.

Simple straightforward spares purchase
Simple straightforward spares purchase. Shame, though, that when I quoted a CREDA fridge model number for the spare, the actual item delivered came without the CREDA brand name logo as the item is a generic part to other manufacturers. The broken part _did_ have the CREDA brand name logo and I would expect the replacement to have one also. Not a deal breaker, though.
