Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 767 reviews, most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Many customers appreciate the helpful and professional staff, with several individuals being singled out for their excellent support and expertise. Reviewers often highlight the team's dedication to helping them achieve the best possible outcomes and their ability to answer questions thoroughly. However, some people were dissatisfied with payment issues, reporting incorrect charges and continued billing for services not rendered or received. There are also concerns about the customer service, with some customers experiencing long response times, difficulty reaching a real person, and a perception that support is handled by bots rather than human agents.

Credit Captain = Scam!!

Credit Captain never once responded to me and continued to charge me after I cancelled and I am having to pursue litigation because of it. DO NOT TRUST IT. Only an Ai service to 50$ a month

This company is a complete scam as I've…

This company is a complete scam as I've had this service since October and nothing has been changed in my credit report yet I've been charged every month since October. Also when you try to reach out to support you get the run around and they say they'll get back to you but never do. This was the worst mistake I've ever made. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT'S BEEN 90 DAYS WITH NO RESULTS. JUST MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN.

Stole my money

Stole my money. AI everywhere. DO NOT PAY THEM A CENT! Even their review responses from Stephanie are AI generated. They've stolen hundreds from me. Do yourself a favor and run. Don't look back. I'm waiting for a response. I hope to change this review. For now, they are a SCAM!!!

It's a scam

It's a scam. Don't waste your time or money. The app is dressed up like they offer authorized lines at cost. But it's not true. It's always an error. Just takes your money. I wrote "customer service" and got a response in literally a minute.

Personal Opinion: SCAM - Don't Waste Your $ or Time

I signed up with this company several months ago, paid them, and was promised a $150K in tradelines to help me with my utilization. They never appeared on any of my credit reports despite making months and months of promises to me. I've been trying to work with them non-stop for months, and now they simply won't communicate with me at all despite my attempts to reach multiple people via their chat (they have no phone number, or refuse to share it.) They've completely ghosted me now for almost a month, leaving me no choice but to pursue legal action against them for a refund and take various other administrative actions and negative social media postings. Conveniently, they just charged me another $99 on my credit card, which charge is being disputed as we speak. I've given them every opportunity possible to fix this and they simply refuse to communicate with me. I'm canceling their charges and will be pursuing a refund of the amounts I've paid thus far. In my experience and personal opinion, this company is a scam. Don't waste your time or money on them. There are better options where you will actually get what you paid for. To Credit Captain - I suggest you reach out to me (I'm an attorney, btw) to avoid the lawsuit that I'm preparing against you. Don't think this is a bluff - it's not. You know how to reach me.

The most unprofessional service

It's been more than 3 months to sign up with Credit Captain. The results are a BIG ZERO. They are not upto their promises and there's no real customer services, no real personnel to talk to only those stupid AI Robots.
Totally unprofessional and a big disappointment. i am going to claim a fraud request against them

Utter Disappointment

If I could give a zero star, I would. I have been trying for months to unsubscribe and not only am I being ignored and not given information to escalate my inquiry. But, my checking account keeps getting charged. There is no good way of connecting. The Harvey AI senses that I want to cancel and keeps saying that someone will get back to me in 1-3 days and nobody does. I'm extremely disappointed in this service and their lack of customer service.

Charged me a fee

Charged me a fee. Then charged another additional fee for something that should have been included in initial price. I couldn't even get verified on the app to get services. Kept emailing and waiting for a refund. It's a scam.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! SCAM!

I have used them since October 10, 2024. There has not been ONE SINGLE update since then. I signed up for the $99/mo service, which is supposed to give me tradelines. There has not been any update to my file. Last update still says October 10, 2024. Nothing has been affected on my credit profile.

They only have AI chatbots, no real person. I email back and forth with someone, but it seems that they too are a bot.

They tell me that someone will reach out or connect with me, nothing. It's been months. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to this!!!

The worst

I tried to contact CreditCaptain after I was compelled to switch banks. When I initially switched banks, I didn’t have access to my funds for over a month. So, I tried logging into my account but it wouldn’t let me login after 2 months or so. So, I guess it’s good that I only paid them for 1 month since they haven’t helped me at all. Then I ended reading all this information on how they are a scam company.
