Completed my IVA and made last payment sep 25th
Called today as not heard a peep since only to be told it WILL take (not can take) 6 months to receive completed paperwork - are you kidding me? 6 months? So I have to wait until end March 2026 before I can contact credit files to have IVA removed
Girl on phone was so matter of fact as if she couldn't care less, and it was no big deal
Why is this not clearly communicated by Creditfix at beginning or any time during IVA
Since my last payment have had zero contact from them. to confirm all payments have been made now, or indeed anything at all, which I consider extremely poor

Unfortunately over the last month I have really struggled paying bills due to a massive decline in my health and losing working hours because of this.
I am not entitled to SSP and have also been struggling to collect UC.
During these times creditfix have been amazingly understanding of my situation and have helped me by working with me regarding payments, including giving me payment breaks due to being unable to pay all of my bills.
The staff team are forever helpful and im extremely grateful for the way in which my situation has been treated. They have done everything possible to help me during this difficult time in my life.
Today I would particularly thank Sarah Hoy who remained in the phone to me while we went through the refund process. She was reassuring and made sure all the steps that needed conpleting were done over the phone.
Once again treated with the upmost respect.
I am so glad I chose credit fix to work through my IVA they have been nothing but helpful over the last few years and their team are nothing short of amazing.

Absolutely horrendous avoid this company, I paid off my Iva over 6 years and they have still not sent me my closure paperwork or updated my details, so my credit report is still bad, they have since told me it will take up to 6 months to finish my closure paperwork and update my credit file. As I say avoid this company.

I have just got off the phone with Hannover. Credit fix. After 3 years of paying 90 pound a month into my iva I feel I was scammed into, I have just been told I now need to pay 300 a month, all that has changed is annual pay increase in line with cost of living. I've been worried about this happening after hearing other horror stories. Absolutely back to square one after paying over 3.5k, they will just terminate my iva.. do not even think about getting an iva with these.

Following a nightmare of debt, I reached Sanctuary. Professional advice, courtesy, and above all, the chance to talk to someone who clearly understood my predicament. I had struggles managing arrangements with creditors, threatening calls and so on. At last, a company that not only understood my situation, but made no judgement or criticism of my failures. I entered the IVA in 2020, and have now completed with my final payment in June 2025. I am now free of debt, and the relief that this brings is the most amazing feeling of freedom and the establishment of self respect. Throughout, I had support. I had no issues with compliance, the payments were affordable, and I was able to follow all my obligations as required. Today, ( for the first time in 5 years ) I am planning a holiday! The staff that I have dealt with have been extremely supportive. I have experienced none of the negative comments posted by some others. My experience has been positive, and the only point I would make is this. It is a matter of willingness to comply with the rules that makes your pathway straight forward and trouble free. An IVA is not a free ride and requires a comittment to succeed. My thanks to the Team ( all of them )

Wish there was a minus stars, they claim to be there to help but never are. Chances are you’ll never actually be able to get hold of them and if you are lucky enough to get answered they hang up. Also you agree to a repayment price and they will always take more than the agreed amount

absolutely shocking company currently in an iva due to end march 26 i owe 2k in arrears phoned them up to try and cone up an arrangement to clear them got told id have to pay it over 3 month which worked out at 770 pound a month they wanted to put me in further debt while i was already in debt cant wait for it all to be o dr

Initially was chased every few days about getting an IVA and going through options. Decided to proceed with the IVA. In May I get a letter saying it’s been accepted.
I give them my bank details. They said extra payment at end as I gave it late. Which I accepted. Cancelled my Dd to creditors and find out it was never accepted. Trying to call and keep getting passed around and hung up on. When I got through asked to speak to a manager they said ohh it’s because is was driving and they couldn’t get me back. Well that’s bullshit I was on the side of the road. Not driving. Bad company don’t go with it.

After completing my IVA with Creditfix, I thought it was all done and dusted. I then still had two creditors chasing me (effecting my credit score), I tried to contact Creditfix recently by email multiple times, only for them to be ignored. I have had to resolve this issue separately with the creditors due to Creditfix vanishing into thin air. Stay well away from these if you are in financial trouble and go elsewhere. Communication is woeful!!!!!

I’ve had an iva with creditfix since 2021. After repeated phone calls that never get picked up and email that take weeks to get answered, I finally got a statement of what I’ve paid. To my shock, of the nearly £2.7k less than £150 has been paid to my creditors. Creditfix have stated that they took the rest for “administration costs” which is BS. I’ve now cancelled all payments to them and because of that, they’ve been blowing up my phone daily. Surprising their phones work when they want something, eh

I entered into an IVA in April 2016 eand fog company was taken over by and then the troubles started. They organised a creditor reviewed and lied by saying I had agreed a 24 month extension which never happened. When I retired I wrote to them explaining the substantial loss of income but they ignored it and wanted the same money as I was working. Finally, after 8.5 years my IVa completed August 2024 and it is now April 2025 and no Completion Certificate.

Never use Creditfix my Iva finished November 2023 they never got round to settling it therefore has stayed on my credit report. A year and a half on still in the process of getting it finalised they’ll tell you what you want to hear but do nothing about it

Creditfix have been a massive help.to me all through my IVA. I had to take a couple of payment breaks at the begining due to a brief drop in employment but was soon sorted. Received my Closure pack a bit later than expected. But on the whole I had no issues with them

Credit Fix Solutions solved a huge problem for me and I can't thank them enough. The support and communication while they worked on my file was exceptional. In the end they had a top 4 bank overturn a default and even paid me compensation! I was not able to get this result myself even after trying a few avenues over a long period of time. I am very pleased with Credit Fix and highly recommend them.

Used this company years ago file closed but all of a sudden many years down the line money has started coming out of my bank account again

I finished my IVA in October and I’m still waiting for them to finish the paperwork. The debt is still outstanding on my credit file. I have contacted them several times to be told I’d have the paperwork in 2 weeks, that was at least 6 weeks ago. They are amazing and helpful when setting up the IVA but as soon as you finish your obligations, they do not want to help at all. Very disappointing!

Shocking, disgusting to name a couple of the words to describe this company. Don't do it, there's a better way than what this company can offer. Dreadful communication unless they want you money. I'm try to pay it off early and all I'm getting is delay tactic after delay tactic. It takes over a week to respond to an email. You speak with someone and they the goalposts change to suit them. 3years of a nightmare that nearly made me want to take my own life. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.

From a total debt of £17,000 my debt to pay back is £6600. Ive paid half of this when my father sadly passed away leaving me a little money. To clear the IVA they don’t want the outstanding £3000, or the remainder to make it up to £17,000. They want an additional £29,000, on top of the £3500 already paid. I’ve told them they will make me homeless and the advisor has completely ignored my request to make a complaint which I sent over a week ago. The greed and disregard from my grief and circumstances disgusts me. I feel like I need to take this to the Financial Ombudsman and BBC Watchdog. I’m still grieving and taking all my dad’s money is heartbreaking. I hope he haunts them.

Awful company. I was supposed to be paying them for 5 years. They have added another 2 years on top as they said I refused to pay which I didn't. They did a yearly review and doubled my payment which I said I could not afford to pay. So they are robbing people. Don't bother with them I wish I had just gone bankrupt now it would have been quicker.
