Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Didn't authorize any additional charges and they want cancel the shipment. I will be stuck with the return postage. Absolutely horrible trying to even understand the agent due to her foreign accent. Do not order 👎

I wish that I had read these reviews…

I wish that I had read these reviews before ordering. This company is unethical. I wanted to try the product but within one month of ordering it I received a notice from the credit card that I was being charged for a second order that was auto renewed. If there is an auto renew it is hidden on the web site. Even so the site indicates that the renew is every three months not one month. Customer service is a nightmare. They didn't want to cancel my account and kept asking me which products I preferred and wanted to adjust how often they sent out the product.

DONT!!!!!

I am giving 1 star because I have to give at least one to leave a review. This is a scam!!!!! The website has never worked and the billing is fraudulent. BEWARE! Go to a BBB accredited skin care firm. Product is good but it is really over priced. Amazon has product for 1/10th the price and actually better, organic.

I asked for my account history because the site has never worked. Still waiting…

They zeroed out my balance and gave me a refund for overpayment but I had to scream and threaten etc. just stay away from this company.

BEWARE it's a scam for OLDER folks

BEWARE it's a scam for OLDER folks, they put you on a subscription that I never read BEFORE I ordered then their WEBSITE customer service "live chat" doesn't work, also your ACCOUNT sign it where you can "manage" your subscriptions DOESN"T work, so you have to CALL

THEN they do a lot of double talk, telling you NOT to cancel stay with them etc if you don't check emails or your bank statement,s you would be charged and have a hard time cancelling.

I had to give this product I never used…

I had to give this product I never used & don’t intend to after reading all the negative reviews a one star to be able to write this. It makes me sick that all these actresses that have millions of dollars are promoting a product to probably middle class ladies that are hoping the product does what these millionaire actress says it does & all it does in reality it rip these poor ladies off. I really hope future women looking to buy this product reads all these negative reviews because they sure did save me some money.

They offer a trial at a low cost but never say that you are signing up to receive shipments at full price a month later. You are signing up for a membership if you buy a trial package. That is in the very fine print. You then have to return the unordered package at your cost to get a refund minus postage. Buyer beware

For anyone reading this, the FTC has a new rule requiring businesses to have a click to cancel. Should make it easier to cancel. Looks like taking effect soon if not already in place.

Listen to the reviews...poor service

Same as all other reviews, bad service. Their website "account management" site has been down for months. They do not send an email to let you know a shipment is scheduled so you can't contact to cancel or adjust. When I saw a charge on my credit card, I tried to cancel, but the website, chat and phone were all no service. I tried again a few days later and was finally able to chat with someone. After much back and forth, they advised that they would cancel my subscription, but I had to pay for the order which was already sent. 10 days later still have not received it so I doubt it was already sent. I can return it for a refund though shipping is on me. The prodcut was okay but not worth the expense nor this headache.

5/19/25 Update:
I received the shipment and promptly returned it as instructed. I paid for the shipping to return it. Per the tracking number they received my return on 5/7/25. Today I called to inquire about my credit as it had not been processed. I provided the tracking number, the service rep confirmed it was received on 5/7 thus he processed the credit. I did receive a credit minus $16 for shipping. Not impressed with their customer service as at all.

Worst company ever! They steal your money!

So disappointed in the product. But it was whatever. I didn’t even ask for a refund, per I used the product. They offer a 30 day back.
I did cancel the subscription! That is the -5 stars I would give if it were possible! I called and canceled the subscription and they sent the product out that wasn’t even scheduled to go out for another three months right away. I figured this was a mistake. I sent it back and called them and canceled it again and then they sent another package out.
Both times when I return the product, I had to pay over $25 for shipping it back.
Also, they charge me $107 but would only refund me $91.79. Even when it was there mistake 2 times in a row. This time I am smarter. I will call PayPal and tell them not to let them charge my card anymore. And then cancel again. I have cost me lots of money on this product that isn’t any good!
They don’t do return labels or anything. They are the worst! They made the mistake and charged me money, would not refund me.
I did open box cause I ordered something else and didn’t expect something from a company that I canceled on. This company will steal from you and is the worst! Do not get suckered in!!!

Stay away

Stay away - the subscriptions are very hard to cancel. Had to call multiple times. Account management online has been down for 4 months. I was told I was cancelled and got billed for a whole other cycle. Terrible service - stay away. Also the product is basically plain lotion - nothing special - I had a rash after a few uses.

Every month for 2 months they take…

Every month for 2 months they take money out of my account and do NOT send me the product. I call and call But no one will help me. Last month after 2 days I was able to talk to a person and the sent me the product 10 days late..They did the same thing this month . 3 people have sent me to customer service but because they don't recognize my phone they hang up..Hope Attorneys will not have To be involved.

Note the amount you are ordering

I wish I could add photos of the container when I opened it. A little deceiving The size of the container compared to the amount of product. Which I guess is the norm but just know to look at the AMOUNT you are purchasing NOT the size of the bottle. I purchased 0.5 fl ounces but the bottle could have easily fit close to 3 fl oz
They even design the container to look like the product can be seen but it’s just the plastic not the product

Didn't receive product, but still charged!

I ordered the product in July 2024, the shipment did not arrive, and they were kind enough to send a replacement. From that point on they have charged my credit card over $400 for the "subscription", I have never received another shipment! When I reached out to the company they said that the items showed that they were delivered so nothing they can do!

I have been a customer for a couple of…

I have been a customer for a couple of years. The product comes too often and it starts to pile up. I sent back my last order and asked that future orders be suspended until further notice. Next thing I know they start sending me past due bills and emails. I call them to inquire about this and all they can say is that I still have to pay $59.05. Because I sent it back, they wanted my tracking # from the post office. I felt no need to keep it, since product was sent back in The fall of 2024
I just received another past due bill. I think this is how they make their real money. Stay away from this company. Do not get caught up in their membership.

If I could give it zero stars I would

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have no idea if the product works. I’ve only had it since January but they keep sending me package after package and charging me for full size bottles. I have had to call three times now to say, please stop sending this product. They don’t seem to understand “I have unsubscribed” they just want to take your money for three installments.

Don't join their membership

I like crepe erase it works to moisture my dry skin on my neck etc. But their membership is terrible. I ordered a sample then ordered the full size before leaving home for the winter. No orders were supposed to come until spring but they went ahead and sent another full order a month after receiving the 1st full order and since it had to be forwarded I was charged shipping twice. Conveniently the website has been under construction? Got on chat and had to go round and round to finally get them to cancel my membership! This stuff is not cheap so 340 plus dollars later I have enough crepe erase for at least a year. Organized crime at it's 👌 best

Do not try it.

The product is not anything great. Even worse, I cancelled the subscription 2 months ago and they are still taking money out of my account!!! I would absolutely steer clear of them. They say they have a 60 day money back guarantee!! Not true.
