This company extremely dishonest, unprofessional and I would NOT recommend ordering this product. They do not tell you once your order one thing, you are automatically signed up with a subscription that costs three times more than you signed up for. Customer Service is completely incompetent! It's very difficult to get the subscription cancelled or get a refund! They should be put out of business!

It did not work and I was on the phone and put on hold 3 times for at least 5 minutes each time. I couldn’t say refund loud enough or often enough. Their customer service is horrible. I cannot get this time back. I will be contacting my credit card company to stop all charges immediately. I should have known better.

This company will cheat you out of your money. The product does not work! They have been billing me over $90 each month. At no time was I informed of the ridiculous monthly payments. Terrible experience!

Can not comment on product effectiveness yet but customer service and program description are terrible. Somehow you get hooked into automatic shipments and trying to cancel is a runaround. They make everything difficult and do their most to have you say yes to continuing service. I couldn't say cancel loud enough or often enough. I will be calling my CC company to cancel payment.

The return for full refund is misleading. Not only do you have to pay the shipping to return the product, but they further deduct the original shipping costs from your refund. Makes the return policy less attractive.

Well, the product works VERY WELL, but the website where you can customize your order and re-schedule the shipments does not, as it has been down for over 3 months and you cannot log-in. They make you use an online chat which does not work, so you are forced to call customer service to modify your account and they put the products in your kit for you for the next shipment. It's really too bad because the original Body Firm creme product is GREAT and does work immediately on crepey skin.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I would have given it no stars if I could. - when you agree to orders you join a membership which is not that clear on instagram. They charge $100's for sending you this cream on repeat. I was finally given a refund minus shipping, (still awaiting it to hit my credit card so let's see), but this was after multiple calls and having to get superiors on the phone. A great deal of hassle. No idea what the cream is like as I never tried it - not willing to deal with this company. Be very clear - YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP - basically $100 per month from what I can see.

The offer and billing is not genuine. I ordered the special offer. After I received it, I realized that the offer was not what I thought. I thought that I would receive the cream. Instead, I received a sample of products that I had no interest. I cancelled. They kept billing me and indicated that I owed them more.

I've used this product for some time and recently wanted to cancel my subscription. After being assured I would receive a cancellation email within 24 hours, I had not and called again. The customer service person had me start from the beginning again and could not repeat my email address to me when asked. She kept getting it wrong. After 15 minutes repeating the address, and her continually getting it wrong, I asked for a supervisor. I was put on hold for another 15 minutes and told I would need to call back another time for a supervisor. Then I was told he/she would call me within the hour. It has been 8 hours with no call and no email confirmation. They make it impossible to cancel your subscription and then may charge you for an additional 3 months by not canceling when you first ask. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I ordered a kit as advertised on TV. After 60 days, I was not satisfied with results. I canceled the order. I noticed they debited my credit card anyway. They said they sent another shipment, which I never received so I called again to cancel after another payment was debited. Please don't order this stuff. You'll be stuck with a product that doesn't work and they'll still charge you over $300 even after you cancel. I'm very pissed about this scam.

Crepe erase should be called crap erase. This stuff is way over priced. I have used products from Walmart that work as well or better. Once you order online you keep getting the kits ranging from 107.00 to 130.00. It is very difficult to cancel. The phone associates are very diffcult to understand. Their English is awful.
Gold Bond works better.

Don't waste your money! It doesn't work. I have had no results whatsoever after using for 6 months. Maybe if you are in your 40's and want to start it...but I wouldn't waste my money! What a scam...shame on you Jane Seymore!

Crepe Erase is a subscription scam. The product is a greasy moisturizer. There are no free samples or trial periods. They bill you monthly & when you cancel the 'membership' they advise you that you have installments remaining. I ended up paying $100 per month from the date of purchase (4/2024 to 12/2024) to cancellation. Then they tried to sell me vitamins! Fortunately, American Express is a good company to cease payments if you have retained notes or other documentation of cancellation requests (which is an option if using the chat box @ the body firm website).

This company is shady and has liars working for them. I cancelled my subscription but still was sent an auto shipment I did not order. I called to find out how I could return it and was told to send it back and I would receive a full credit. I was also told that if I call back after I mail it, they would refund me the postage it cost to do the return. I called and was told they have no way to process this type of refund and there is no manager or supervisor I can talk to that can authorize it. Also they deducted the shipping cost from my refund for the order that was sent to me in error. It ended up costing $32 for a product I did not order nor want. Do not deal with this company!

I was going to order the product but with all the negative reviews there's no way I'm gonna go thru what some have. I'll look the way I look without the cream. Thanks for reviews it helped me. Did not order

Beware! I tried Crepe Erase and didn't like it at all. It burned my skin. I canceled my subscription, but had to do it with a phone call because I couldn't find my account on line. Now, 6 months later, I did it all over again after receiving another order for 116.00. Charged to my account. Not a good business to get tied up with.

I bought the $99 special kit and that was a very good value - it had many products and the new tool. After that they sent a package with 4(?) large sized products - not what I would have ordered. Realizing I had unwittingly signed up for a subscription (Terms and Conditions) I called and cancelled membership. I was told I would still need to pay another payment of $105.25. I was not informed in this phone call about returning the product, because that is what I should have done. The total for that second package was $315.71 - I would have never paid that price but now I am stuck because it is beyond the 60 day return. And this was confirmed by a supervisor. They got me. The products do have a minimal effect but are not worth this retired person's money!

Terrible product and even worse the money back guarantee it appears to be a big scam . Buyer beware !! They have now said it has been to long to get a refund .Terrible, terrible . I could not believe how little they care about you after they get your money it is over .

They bait and switch prices. They advertise at one price then bill you 3x the price and say you "missed" the fine print. This company is fraudulent in my opinion and I wouldn't ever do business with them again.

I Cancelled order. Before it shipped. They still shipped any way and billed me I offered to return at their expense. Customer Service just kept passing me on to other customer service rep still no resolution. I explained I have 2 shipments previously that have not been opened and I was not paying $194 for 7 products I didn’t need. Got a past due bill from them. The box remains unopened. Just send a postage prepaid and I will return. I don’t want the product and I am not going to pay after I have made 5 calls in attempts to return.
