Brilliant customer service had to change size no problem just return it and they sent out the next size up none of this return refund wait for the money then buy again hands down one of the best services I’ve had

I ordered on the 3rd Dec they sent the below email to me on the 22nd ;

They still haven't sent me tracking details yet .. we are now on the 24th Dec.... this was supposed to be a Christmas present for someone . Now im left having to wait even longer . Very Unprofessional- you cant get through to them ... I send messages they read them on Instagram and blatantly ignore it however they are capable of constantly posting stories on their socials but cant reply back to PAYING CUSTOMERS !!! Sort it out Crepslocker.
Reading other people's reviews I see they excel in late delivery times etc so at least im not the only one going through this nightmare with them . UNBELIEVABLE !!

I placed an order on behalf of my son who was buying a Christmas gift for his girlfriend, we were assured that the item would arrive in time and it did! We were kept informed of delivery and even received a phone call from Natasha at Crepslocker to verify the delivery and to put my mind at ease, how brilliant is that?!
The delivery was when it said would be and the item is absolutely stunning and packed so well.

Ordered item 21 December. Contacted them about delivery before Christmas. They responded straight away. Received item 23 December. Excellent service.

Order a CD hoodie and paid £690 for it. When it arrived had 2 stains on it which looked like iron marks. I took it out of packaging and took tags off ready to wear. When noticed the marks immediately took pictures and contacted store who said they will revert. After going to and fro they said can’t exchange because tags are off even though it was within seconds of receiving it. Absolutely terrible service … guys keep away it’s like they sell ‘seconds’ and the service is atrocious once they’ve received your money. I’d give it zero stars if possible

Amazing customer service! I asked for Dior shoes that would have took 7-10 working days but when I asked if they can be done quicker they were on it and got it to me within 2-3 days!! Will definitely be returning here as valued customer

When I asked for the delivery of my parcel to be escalated,as it was for my daughter’s birthday,that was done.So grateful as she received the lovely handbag in time.❤️

Amazing experience! I ordered a bag for a wedding and was so anxious about whether it would arrive on time.
