Ordered the Essentials Fear of God hoodie for as an early birthday gift. It arrived within the ETA and in mint condition. Quality of the hoodie was excellent and they loved the gift with no hassle.

faulty item no refund
I recently purchased a pair of Nike training shoes. Upon wearing them for the first time at home, I discovered a clear defect.. one of the internal air units (or “balls”) was raised, causing significant discomfort and irritation.
I returned to the store to resolve the issue, however, I was informed that the item could not be accepted because it had been worn and did not have tags attached. This response is unreasonable, as it is not possible to identify such a defect without trying the shoes on properly.
I also found it concerning that the focus appeared to be on whether the item could be resold, rather than addressing the fact that the product is faulty and should not be sold in the first place. Despite explaining this, I was refused an exchange for a replacement pair.
As a result, I am left with no option but to escalate the matter further, which is disappointing. This experience has raised concerns about both product quality and customer service, and unfortunately, it has deterred me from shopping here again.

At Crepslocker, we do offer a 14 day return policy, which allows you to try on the product and see how it feels. However, our policy does require that the product has the tags attached, has not been worn and is returned in its original packaging.
