I was sent the wrong items, not even close to what I ordered. It is impossible to get in touch with customer service, and you have to pay for them to make a mistake, as you have to pay for the return shipping yourself. Not okay.

scam artists and cheats... Ordered 2 pairs of Crocs from the women's section using my size ... what arrived were only Crocs in the men's size. When I went to return it, it was self-pay, and there was no mention of a refund for postage. It was going to cost €21 to return from Ireland. Ridiculous...will never buy from them again or will never recommend!

Do not buy from here. Go elsewhere if you want them. I brought 2 pairs of crocs I have returned one pair and was told I’d receive email confirmation. Iv received nothing. Iv emailed several times now the past week and received absolutely nothing in response.

Scammers. Still waiting for my order (2 month already) and costumer service doesn't do anything about that.

Ordered 2 pairs of the same size. While they both write the same number , one of them is about 2cm larger! Quality control 0 . And they refuse to pay shipping cost for the exchange. They say thats normal !!! They lost a client

My mum loves crocs and asked for a new pair for her birthday. It arrived in plenty of time, but when she went to try them on we released they were damaged.

There is no live chat available on their website and the only option for me was whatsapp, I gave my order number, email address and pictures of the damage. They made me wait for over 5 hours for a response and then replied to me asking for a picture of another angle and the size, colour, name of the shoe plus my address. Could they not get this information from my order number i provided?

Then after 4 minutes they closed my chat after waiting 5 hours as i didn't reply?! Are you serious? For information they could get from my order number they closed my chat? It's ridiculous!

An absolute abhorrent customer service experience, will never purchase from them again. My parcel is clearly lost and they've not nothing about it and wont give me a refund. If you're reading this, please, do not purchase from them!

I have been sent the wrong size? Said to return them to the store? What in the Netherlands. Oh ok I will just jump on a plane won’t be long!!! Do not buy anything from this online store!!

The costumer service is bad, at least in Spain. I was supposed to have a 10% discount in my first purchase if i signed up for the news latter, which I did, but they never sent me the voucher. I contacted, but they didn’t solve the problem and were absolutely unhelpful.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Purchased 2 pairs crocs on 24/07/25. When ordering was told delivery in 5 working days. I was tracking order and finally this morning I got emails stating delivered. I have not received my order. I contacted customer care who just ran me around in circles and ended chat. This company is a complete scam. Received various emails since purchase stating sold out in warehouse and they will have to post from china.

Appalling customer service. Still waiting on a refund after 5 weeks. A manual refund was promised but I still have not received it. Would never order from them again

I feel like I'm dealing with a bogus website the service is so bad. No sign of my order after 3 weeks so I emailed them, then they slowly got back to tell me they would resend the order, then I get another email to say one of the items not in stock, then another email to say another item now out of stock (had a Quick Look on website and seem to be in stock). I have now requested a refund and they said they will process and told me my refund case number is '...' ??? Who am I dealing with here?!

Customer care experience was even worse than the horrible delivery experience with last-mile partner DPD ( Delivered to the wrong address 1km away. The addresses don't even resemble each other.) Crocs' support is completely useless, and they said they have no responsibility if the delivery is made to the wrong place. (I did not hire DPD, you did, and I have to deal with them?) CROCS DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - pray your order goes perfectly, once they handle it to the first pigeon they find, it is the customer's problem.

I ordered from crocs.eu and then read all the bad reviews here, so I was really afraid that the order would be messed up and I’d have trouble with returns, but the order was accurate and the delivery speedy - it arrived on the fourth day from ordering.
So overall, no problem, it was great!

Quick delivery and crocs are true to size. Very happy with purchase and would buy from the website again. I’m surprised there are so many bad reviews !

Horrific service, items cancelled from my order after I paid IN FULL. Still no refund three weeks later and three calls to customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I have never experienced so many problems by returning an item ever. The size didn’t fit and I wanted to send it back. I have been to 3 logistics companies, nobody wanted go accept this parcel because that was not a shipping label, it was just the address. I contacted customer support 2 times. The only answer: we don’t control the tariffs of the logistics companies. The shipment with Post AT from Austria costs 20 Euro to return a parcel with item which costs 24 Euro.
You have to make the normal shipping label for a fix price like the other internet shops do. But of course you don’t care.
The only feedback I can leave: I will never buy anything from this website.

Would not even give 1 star but have no choice to give zero! Absolutely shocking customer service. Firstly part of my order was cancelled even though I was charged the FULL amount only to be told I would receive a refund in 21 days! Secondly I was sent the incorrect size. When I inquired about returning I was informed I would have to at my own expense. Spoke to 2 separate agents, the last one Peter ended the chat while I was still typing a response! Disgraceful and shocking customer service. I am disgusted and will NEVER order from Crocs again. This is to warn future customers of the shocking service and customer service. AVOID at all costs!

First there is a fault in their system causing their delivery partner to be unable to deliver the package, and customer "service" tells me I have to wait for a refund for 14 days after the package has been returned to their warehouse. Then I reorder the items I need. And then, the undeliverable package is delivered! And customer "service" tells me they cannot cancel the new order, even though it has not even shipped. I have to wait until the new order has been delivered and then spend time and money returning their items to them, after which presumably I will get to wait for a refund for 14 days. That is, if they don't come up with an excuse to refuse the refund.

The moment I ask customer "service" to escalate to a superior, they refuse to engage and restart the chat constantly.

This is a scam and a money grab. AVOID AT ALL COST

They are rude, frauds and smugglers. Our delivery has never been delivered in our address. They sent us a picture of another delivery place. I screenshoted all conversations and the rude agent closed the chat without helping me.
I called them through the char again and told them i will post the whole chat and they apologised and said they will resent our order. Still waiting. Let s see
