The eucalyptus tree arrived quicker than expected and is a lovely looking plant. Crocus always have the best quality plants.

Beautiful and safely packed and delivered

Good, clear information about products. Placing an order was easy and I was kept informed of despatch and expected delivery. My order was delivered quickly and was well packaged and in good condition.
I will definitely be ordering again in the future and would recommend.

Lovely quality plant.

The plants were very small and not in a great state -
One of my geraniums was broken at the roots so is literally one small stem sticking out of the soil. The mauve Bowles was ridiculously tiny also.
Quite disappointing.

Usually i find this firm very good. This time my two plants were very poor especially for the price. I know the weather has been against plant suppliers like Crocus, it's been difficuly for me too but I've been tending the plants carefully and doubt they'll make it.

I’ve written with photos about the poor condition of some of the plants. They were very disappointing. I haven’t been able to log into my account as password wasn’t recognised. Tried to reset it but no link received. I completed the form to notify you about all of this but no reply yet.
Crocus have now replied and will replace two of the plants. This is very much appreciated. Thank you

The plants are always in super condition and exceedingly well boxed up so protected well for delivery. I have never had anything that died or have had reason to complain about.

I was very happy with my purchase and quick delivery. The trowel is well made and durable, ideal for the job. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Crocus is an utterly reliable upmarket company. Their plants arrive in great condition always. They aren’t the cheapest but as with everything, you get what you pay for.

I have in the past purchased several terracotta pots from them which again, are superb, survive frost very well.

Delivery is reasonable and packaging effective but not excessive.

The delivery was quick and plants well packaged. However I was not impressed with the Schefflera taiwaniana 3x9cm for £33. These were in fact plug plants in 9cm pots, not healthy vigorous specimens to grow on. For £11 each plus postage I expect something with good growth and root development. Very poor show from Crocus.

Great plants, very good quality. I bought some ceramic pots as well. All very well packaged and well protected. Great company - plants are strong and well grown. No issues after planting to my garden. Strong stuff!!!!

The plants were robust and well packaged. The carrier had obviously been careful with them. They are all growing OK.

A good selection of ornamental grasses on the crocus site. Quality plants and competitive pricing. Well packaged. All potted up in individual terracotta pots so they can be moved around the garden and yard.

I bought perennials in 9cm pots. I opened them straight away and watered them. I usually buy 9cm potted perennials from different suppliers but I can say for certain that I will not be using this company again. I was shocked at the quality of the plants, they were so tiny and didn't look in great condition. I immediately took photos and emailed Crocus to say that I wasn't happy. Their reply, which came almost a week later said that the plants looked satisfactory and they couldn't help me. I was disgusted. I am well aware of how 9cm plants should arrive with all my experience. I will never use them again.

Customer service were very helpful and swiftly addressed a small issue. Very impressed with the quality of the plants.
