I ordered a pair of earbuds from the Croma online store, but the delivery never arrived. When I finally called customer support, they casually told me the order would be cancelled and refunded because they have "no stock."
​However, I just checked the website again, and the exact same product is STILL listed as "In Stock" and available for purchase.
​This feels like a scam to collect payments and hold onto customers' money interest-free. If you don't have the item, why are you still accepting orders? Now I am stuck chasing them for a refund while they continue to trick other buyers. Do not order online from them; you likely won't get your product or your money back on time.

Croma is a fraud company. They're 420 and criminals. They take the full price of brand new products and supply factory rejected ones. Don't buy from them.

Very bed service of croma in repair of my washing machine.after so many followup in last 20 days but not a single technician attend for service.very bed experience

Croma delivery service is very bad not on time.Machine installation work is very bad.I installed Geaser in my bathroom and it fall down .This incident is very close to unsafe.

I purchased fridge of Electrolux company from Croma, Thane, in October 2025. After just three months, the product has developed cooling issues, indicating that a faulty item was provided. Cooling is its main function, which it is failing to perform.
Despite multiple follow-ups over the last three days, I have not received a single call from customer support. The customer care service is extremely poor. I am asked to wait for 48 hours, and even after the waiting period, there is no response. Instead, I am again told to wait another 24 hours. I would suggest please don't buy anything from Croma

Poor customer care & after-sales service for AC AMC and part unavalability from past 15 days.
now today server issue. too many follow-ups required and still no satisfactory answer when ac will be delivered. pathetic service.

Bad internet connection costomer weting for updete long time bad sarvice of internet connection

Bought an AC , i was told that installation is free of cost and i only have to pay for the extra pipe required (if more than 10 ft) and for doing extra hole in the wall , but when they came for installing they told installation and pipe is not involved and i have to pay for it , they made a bill of 8000 Rs just for installation. And when i went to complain about it at the branch i bought it ,they said they never told about free installation, but i clearly remember they said about free installation, and there was an offer of free vaccum cleaner, didn't receive that also . I'll never ever shop again from croma

I am very dissapointed today with the service i received from chroma today people were laughing at me no customer care was begging them to service me , they didnt care about me i came to realise because am black ana african woman may be because am not indian today i come to relise Indian is for indians,i bought neckband and it was very cheap i will never visit croma sector 29 never ever in all my staying in india i hate croma

I am extremely disappointed with Croma’s service and support.

I purchased a Croma 6.5 kg Fully Automatic Washing Machine in August 2025. The machine became faulty in December 2025, and I registered a complaint (Ticket No: 766221258395 on 20 December 2025). Even after waiting for more than one month, my issue is still unresolved.

The after-sales service is extremely poor. Calls are ignored, customer support is unhelpful, and no proper follow-up is done. In one shocking instance, a service manager closed my complaint without even visiting my home and falsely marked it as “no issue found.” This clearly shows how irresponsibly customer complaints are being handled.

Delivery & installation promises are not honored, and once the product is sold, customers are simply ghosted — especially if you have purchased Croma-branded products or Zip Care extended warranty.

The product quality of Croma’s own brand is also questionable, and the pricing is not competitive compared to other trusted brands in the market.

Overall, buying from Croma has been a frustrating and stressful experience.
Be very careful before purchasing any Croma-branded product — their post-purchase support is extremely unreliable.

I would not recommend Croma to anyone.

Off late, Croma seems to have lost its charm. No one from “Croma-Secunderabad” Branch or from their Technical Team have the responsibility to fix the problem. They don’t know how to talk and behave with the Customers. They don’t try to understand the Customer’s requirements. “Sales” are the only target for them. They don’t care about Customer Service after sales. Most of the employees have a reckless behavior, including the Manager level employees. From the last ten days, they have given us enough pain over the repair of a TV. The technician who visited us lacks minimum knowledge and his Technical Manager lack minimum common sense. They fail to understand the issue with the TV by giving all lay excuses. All the products purchased from Croma-Secunderabad branch during the last one year, including, Croma TV, Croma Air Cooler, Sympony Air Cooler, were of no use. The products purchased at Croma lack quality and Croma employees lack basic common sense. Still the problem is unresolved and no one responds to our calls. Am sure after posting this google review, they will send a standard reply, asking us to write an email to, towards their damage control, and they don’t really take any steps towards improving their quality of services. “Pathetic”

after sales service is very very very poor/worst/bad.
Do not buy any product from them.
The store have wide range of products but their after sales services are very very poor.
Even their installation services are also very poor.

Dear croma Team ,
I would like to inform you that i have registered complaint for service for Washing machine purchased from Croma store Mehsana.
Now my machine had fault second time and I raised complaint again ticket nub -

Service Request ID
251217-000778.
Firstly i have doubt on Quality of parts used in previous complaints because same type of problem occurred in machine is less than a year (last problem in Jan-25).
Secondly my current service is showing closed as per attached screenshot even if my machine does not running.
Third one is service engineer came to home and take service charge 650 rs & told me we have to replace part (Solenoid) and than told part will be available on order but still no repairing done at all .

This is a Croma Service ???
Very disappointing for me.

Even if i have not Shared any Otp for service closer.

Please update me regarding that and refund my money. This type of service is not expected from Croma.

Annanagar croma is just one word. Pathetic . Paid extended warranty for 7500.now when the lg washing machine had problem, the LG technician told we have to pay the repair charges and claim from croma against the 7500 paid . Am running behind CROMA for a week, they have no clue about the process. Even the mails sent and calls to customer care is of no use.

One of the worst product which I purchased from chroma please don't buy anything from chroma no proper response from them..

Very bad service. Calling everyday for my refrigerator service. Not a single technician has contacted back and no response from support. Don’t buy croma products of you want a proper service

bad quality product and serices .Worst after-sales service. 40 days without a working washing machine, no repair, no replacement, and false promises of a voucher not received yet. Extended warranty money wasted. Highly unprofessional.
