Lousy service.
Lousy..........parcel so far is late........despite crosshatch saying it's been sent for delivery........royal mail are adamant they have never received it. Further more the tracking number doesent exist. As it stands I've got to wait a further 10 days before I can request a replacement or a refund.

I have looked into your complaint and can confirm that the tracking number has been verified and that Royal Mail confirmed that this was delivered to you on 3rd September. This is still available to view on their website now if you would like to check.
Please accept our apologies that the parcel was delayed however this was out of our control and was due to two days of industrial action staged by Royal Mail, plus a bank holiday weekend.

I can see from your order you bought multiple sizes of the same product. Unfortunately with how competitive we like to be with our offers and promotional products we are unable to offer free returns (unless faulty goods), especially if a customer buys with the intention of passing this cost onto ourselves.
We have a very good size guide and are consistent with our manufacturing for our customers to purchase reliably.
Hopefully when you order again you find it a positive experience.

Fast and punctual
As always amazing products fast delivery and kept me informed all the way. Prices even beat the highstreet shops selling crosshatch clothing too which is a bonus, shame the highstreet shops don't hand these prices down to their customers.

I bought the Gridline Boxers 3pack the other day. I have (similar) boxers from them previously..They seem fine.
I normally buy them in a 3 pack, half price.. I wouldn't pay £18.

Item arrived totally the wrong size but…
Item arrived totally the wrong size but labelled the correct size. The measurements were way larger than on the website for a pair of joggers.
They said no to my refund initially. When asked for photos. Then told me I needed a printer if I wanted to return. They wouldn't even let me use just standard royal mail to return.
I had to threaten legal action to get them to provide me with a normal QR code royal mail returns code.
Then they refunded the item amount but no postage!
I had to escalate to PayPal for this to be refunded.
All this for a cheap pair of joggers. Product quality is terrible and customer service just as bad.

Very poor. I ordered something and it wasn’t delivered. Because I only checked my package after 30 days they said it doesn’t matter. Stealing should not have an expiry date, the staff were not even concerned. So order at your own risk.
