Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Sent back items for a refund which shows aas received at their end. They have used every excuse they can to not refund me. I have provided the tracking information and postcode yet they still do not want to provide.a refund. Complete lack of integrity and in a cost of living crisis withholding customers money because of their own inept processing of my return. A Xmas grinch of a company who put profits ahead of customer service and loyalty. I will never buy their products again and please do not buy from this company as they are just immoral and untrustworthy.

Hi Joseph, I have looked into this and can see that we refunded you on the same day that you wrote this review, after receiving proof that the parcel had indeed been received at the warehouse even though we hadn't received this in the office. We hold our customers in high regard and always look to resolve any issues in a fair and just manner, which I believe we did in this instance.
Brilliant customer service
Just had brilliant customer service from Sian at Crosshatch. My order suffered a delay but this was down to Royal mail not Crosshatch who I would certainly buy from again.
Thanks to help from Sian this was all sorted out and she deserves the praise for doing this.

Costly returns process
Will not be ordering from crosshatch again. Ordered 3 x joggers in xl. The length was unreal. I'm not the shortest of males but they were just too long. Decided to return.
You have to pay postage to return. Not even £30 of jogger was quoted £13 to send back tracked. So opted for signed for and still almost £5. It gets worst as then the return is processed cross hatch take off the 2.99 delivery fee from your refund.
You can actually pick most of there goods up from other retailers and get free delivery and returns so glad I learnt my lesson with the direct website I won't bother in future.

I have investigated the order you have attached to this review and can see that you paid just short of £27 for three pairs of joggers which you then returned for a refund. You paid £2.99 for the postage to have the joggers sent out. On receipt of the returns, we refunded you (£26.96). We did not take off any money for a delivery fee so I'm unsure what made you think we did.
In the future, if you receive any purchases where you believe items to be mis-sized please do get in touch with our Customer Service team as, if they prove to be faulty, we will pay for the postage to return these.
Great brand for affordable prices
Great brand for affordable prices. I recently ordered again with a coupon. Absolute love the quality and design. I paid just £58 for jacket, shoes and two swimming sorts! They're even better than other expensive brands, well done!

Waste of time ordering
First time I have ordered from here. Website said item was in stock, so purchase was made. Received an email the day after to inform me item was sold out and refund on the way. Total waste of time ordering from here.

do not bother, ordered jacket with 2-5days delivery and after 7 days not dispatched contacted them and as reply they say the jacket only awaiting stock seems to me this is dropshipping company and they have no power of actual stock so disapointing

I've looked into your order and can see that when the order was made the address was incomplete and so we despatched it in good faith but it was returned to us. I did get in touch with you to ask for the missing details and we were able to resend this once the address was complete.
Good Prices - Poor Quality
Made 2 separate orders, the prices and constant deals and codes are great but unfortunately the products are not.
Inconsistent sizing, and the sweaters were misshaped and unwearable after one wash ( they started to bobble after the first wear).
It’s a shame as they have some great designs but the quality is akin to a market stall - will not be using again.

First time ordering, not the best experience. I had the wrong joggers delivered and the customer service I received was below par, a 2 out of 10. I regret making the purchase and I shan't be coming back!

Two different size labels on Jean's one said w30 L30 and the other said W30 L32 and of course I got the wrong ones and two much cost to ship back
