Got our works van wedged in a ditch stranded no signal very cold very tight dirt track complex recovery requiring ingenuity
Was rescued, no damage to van.

Recovered my flood damaged vw crafter, it was totally dead an wouldn't start, it was really heavy and left in a very awkward spot.

We broke down on the A1 and waited many hours for the initial assessment from the RAC, who subsequently were unable to recover us. They finally engaged Crouch Recovery to take on the task. From the moment Shane arrived, sometime well after midnight he went out of his way to make the subsequent recovery as smooth as possible. We were very cold by this time, as I had not been able to run the engine for any heating and he made sure that, by the time we got into the recovery vehicle, we were able to warm up quickly. Throughout the journey he engaged with us and he is to be commended for his manner with customers, all of whom are undoubtedly tired and stressed by the unpleasant experience.

When we finally arrived at the house, Shane found that it was an extremely awkward space with very little room for manoeuvre to deposit the car in the best place. Shane was nothing short of brilliant in getting that done with great skill.

It was a very long day for us. By the time the recovery vehicle arrived we were at a pretty low point - tired and cold. Shane was the one very good thing in an otherwise really bad day!

Crouch Recovery rescued my sister and I on New Year's Day from M1 hard shoulder. Their technician was efficient, kind, calm and considerate whilst keeping us safe and getting us to our destination. He had even ramped up the heating in the cab before he arrived as he knew we'd be cold. Absolute hero!!!

A very positive experience today from Crouch with my broken down car. Sadly I cannot remember the drivers name but perhaps you can find it from my reg P9 NHD & convey my gratitude not only for his professionalism but his sympathetic approach to my situation. He quickly discovered that mice had been chewing away at the wiring harness but as it was cold & wet offered me the chance to sit in his cab whilst preparing the car to be loaded & I was waiting for my wife to pick me up
His friendly demeaner helped immensely to reduce my stress
My dealer has confirmed safe delivery to them so it's in their hand now
