I had a great experience with this company especially considering I received a damaged item. They immediately responded to their chat system & replaced my item with a quality check this time & sent it right away with a return label so that I didn’t have to wait until they received the damaged item. A shop that solves issues professionally
Originally there was a problem with shipping. Turns out it was no fault of theirs.I got mad before I realised this and gave a one star review. Crown Forever was amazing though. They sorted the problem so respectfully and politely and efficiently and professionally. They kept a very close eye on the parcels progress and communicated all to me. Not many organisations deal with issues like this so professionally so I removed the one star rating and gave them 5 stars. They fast tracked the parcel to me too so even tho there had been an issue I got the parcel in a very timely manner! I would happily buy from them again! THANK YOU
