I have ordered so much from this company. I was worried when I placed my first order - deals too good to be true usually aren't. Wow, I was pleasantly surprised. Perfect experience.

Extremely Disappointed
We ordered 4 outfits, 3 of the outfits were tulle dresses which arrived with tulle so crinkled and messed up to the degree that the dresses are unusable - we reached out to support email and got no response.

Dear Niyati,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We truly value all feedback as it helps us improve our service.
We're sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced with your Tutu Du Monde dress. Rest assured, we've taken immediate action to address your concerns. Firstly, we've sent you a return label to facilitate the process of returning the dress. We understand how important it is for our customers to receive products in perfect condition, and we apologize for any disappointment caused.
Regarding the condition of the dress upon arrival, we want to assure you that all Tutu Du Monde dresses are meticulously packaged in their original packaging. However, we understand that occasionally, due to handling during transit, some items may require a light ironing upon arrival. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Additionally, we've initiated an investigation into the possibility of a delivery company issue. It's unfortunate that despite our best efforts in packaging, incidents like damaged boxes can occur during transit. Please know that each package is insured, and we're committed to ensuring that you receive the quality product you deserve.
As a small, family-owned local business, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this issue promptly.
If you have any further concerns or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to help.
