The most pleasant experience ordering our garden furniture from Crownhill. Lovely people, took the time to help and answer all our questions, gave advise too. Ordered Saturday, delivered Thursday. The delivery people were polite and professional. Wish we had of ordered our garden table and chairs from them last year as we had a complete nightmare with another company. Will definitely go back to Crownhill if we need anything further. Thank you so much Crownhill and the furniture looks amazing. All we need now is the sun!

Such great customer service from the moment I called and was offered a discount and delivery within 2 weeks. Only £30 additional for putting together and taking packaging away and free delivery.
I didn’t want to leave. A review until hardheaded furniture arrived we could not be happier with the service and quality. Would thoroughly recommend Crownhill garden furniture, I was not sure as I had not visited their store but found them online and could not be more pleased. Transformed our patio and garden area

Great company to deal with, from ordering through to delivery. We paid for installation of a 6x3 pergola with blinds on two sides and the guys were much faster than we would have ever been attempting it ourselves. They were super friendly too. We love the pergola, it’s transformed our garden, I’d highly recommend Crown Hill.

Ordered 2 Nova sun loungers. Arrived quickly. Lovely to matched the other Nova garden furniture we purchased last year (from a different shop)
The only thing I’m not 100% happy with is I was asked if I wanted the driver to put them together and take the packaging away for £20 (I thought this was a very reasonable price) however the loungers are in one piece (therefore no building required) so I basically paid for them to carry them in the garden and put the one piece cushion on top of the lounger frames (the cushions had plastic in just like a big plastic bag and they didn’t remove them) so basically like I said previously paid for nothing as they were not boxed and a one piece item. If I’d of known this I wouldn’t of paid the extra cost but is was only £20
So if ordering nova sun loungers if asked I would say don’t pay for this service.

Ordered a nova titan pergola with a very nice speaking lady called Kim , it was cheaper than other places and the whole ordering process was a pleasure, spoke to Kim and her husband and both very approachable and helpful, it was delivered on time and the installation guys are first class I won’t hesitate to use again and highly recommend, there installation price can not be beaten !!!

We purchased a Nova Titan Pergola and were kept informed regarding delivery, installation, etc, which was extremely prompt.
The quality of the product is superb and the install was professional and a great service.

Totally luv my pergola,looks just like the pics!!!Great service from start to finish,very easy ordering transaction,even when i made an add on!!special mention to the 2 guys doing the erecting,they worked thru the rain without stopping,gave me options of how i wanted the fitting done,cleared all packing away!!you would never have known they had been there apart from a pergola left behind!!!lol

We bought a nova titan pergola I'm not going to lie yes I believed there to have been some issues regarding delivery and packaging description. Today I have spoken to the owner of Crownhill he has settled my mind to a degree to what I thought of originally. The pergola itself we are happy with Crownhills delivery/installation team was very pleasant and polite. I hope my original review has not damaged this company as I was a bit upset at the time of posting.
