Excellent service from start to finish. The installlation team were exceptional.

Weve had our garden room for 9 months now and I can't thank Crown enough for providing me a truly exceptional space in my garden. I have a 6 x 3 garden room that I use as a home office and cinema room. The quality of the installation is fantastic, and the extra finishing touches Crown provide certainly make the difference.
During the build and over the first 9 months there have been some minor issues, but the customer service provided has been satisfactory.
During lockdown, having this additional space has been invaluable to me and if you want an extension quality detached space in your garden then Crown are the company to go for.
I also must give a special mention to Carl Hooper who is a credit to his profession, curtious, not pushy at all and really made this process a pleasure.
If you are after a quality product look no further, Crown certainly deliver.

I am super happy with my Crown Pavilion Clarence Garden Room. A 5-Star garden office, built to look stunning whilst underpinned by fantastic quality.
In terms of the entire process, the first few steps were a bit bumpy. During the sales processes there was confusion around my initial quote, which ended up being retracted and I didn't feel the base requirements were socialized clearly enough before purchase. However, once the sale was agreed, Crown really excelled! The customer services department did a fantastic job of looking after me. Stephanie was always on the end of the phone to answer my questions, and made the overall experience fantastic. Thank you Stephanie for all your help!
The installation team were great as well! Mark and Kes were hard working, efficient and polite. They were great to have around, for example, I asked if I could take photos throughout the build (kind of like a before and after timeline). Mark and Kes would let me know when the build had developed and when would be good to take the photo. Mark would always keep me informed on how the build is progressing, whilst Kes had the best attention to detail I had ever seen! Thank you to both of you!
Installation/Project management (Denzil) was also a huge help. His site visit was appreciated and he showed flexibility around electrics etc.
All in all, the process has been great. I am now left with a gorgeous garden office, which my friends and family are super jealous of. The team at Crown (Stephanie, Denzil, Mark and Kes) were great to work with, and I would highly recommend Crown Pavilions to everyone.

From the very first enquiry contact all the way through to final delivery sign-off Crown Pavilions really cared about us - their customer. Great service and we fully expect to get great longevity out of the build quality too

Our dealings with Crown Pavilions has been first class from start to finish. We stumbled across them at the Hampton Court Plant Festival and were inspired to resurrect our plans for a garden room which was something that we had put on ice for the time being. Three months later, we have our beautiful Crown Clarence fully constructed and complete. We can now enjoy fitting it out and enjoying it.

Our experience with Crown Pavilions as been first-class in all aspects including - sales - design - project management - organisation, communication and very importantly - installation time, quality and superb finish. There is always going to be a cheap alternative for anything you buy, however you can not fault Crown Pavilions for quality and value for money. Our new garden room will definitely add to our lifestyle and probably value of our property.

I won't name any particular person at Crown Pavilions, purely because they have all been fantastic, without exception.

Crown Pavilions were exceptional at every stage of the process.
From the initial contact by Glenn to the finished product every member of the team were very well informed, helpful and committed to the project.
The build team headed by Project Manager Denzil were punctual, hard working and completed ahead of time. The quality of the build is second to none. In the office Stephanie was always available to answer questions and keep the lines of communication open.
We are very happy with the garden Room and the design fits perfectly in its garden surroundings.
We have no hesitation in recommending Crown Pavilions.

The young men who fitted the gazebo where excellent ,no complaints even in pouring rain they got on with the job and did not stop until it was finished bravo to them. The gazebo is great .thank you

Excellent high quality gazebo. Installation team were incredibly efficient and worked flat out to get it erected.

Love the pavilion. Don’t like how I was ripped off by £900 to deliver and put up the guys. You can buy them now at Costco,including delivery. I do have an issue with one of the “doors”. It blows in an awful long way so the floor is exposed to all the weather. That’s with it zipped up. It’s looser than the other one. The other side is taut. Awaiting the electrician and looking forward to using it “heated”. It’s a year round use for me. It’s very comfortable and very well made,apart from this particular door flap. Just need to stop the birds coming in. Shame that part isn’t sealed off to stop the birds, with wire mesh or something similar to still let the air in. The part where the walls meet the roof all the way round. I’m glad I chose to have the back panelled off. Gives a bit of privacy. The views are amazing from here and it’s nice to sit in with a glass of wine at the end of a long day. I would recommend Crown Pavilions to anybody. It’s well worth the money. Just not the delivery.

What a fantastic addition to our garden! I really can’t recommend Crown Pavilions enough from start to finish the service had been amazing and the Pavilion itself is second to none!!

I would definitely recommend crown pavilions the workmen delivered, set everything up in the garden, and worked nonstop. Efficient and fast. Have a few people around for tea and even had dinner in there, friends are jealous.
