Everything about Crown Pavilions has been excellent, from first meeting Mike in the Essex showroom to the final piece of our pavilion being completed and the on going care from Grace. Everyone I came in contact with was a pleasure to deal with and Crown Pavilions have supplied a fabulous building to the highest quality. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The guys who constructed our Pavilions were polite and proffessional. I cannot reccommend this company enough. A 5 star company and a 5 star product.

Can't fault Crown Pavilions. Their staff were excellent, from the non-pushy and knowledgeable Julie at their showroom at Longacres garden centre to the bubbly and friendly Grace in their customer service department. The installers were very efficient and skilled.

The product is superb. These buildings are expensive, but worth the price. We looked but couldn't find anything else that had the same quality workmanship and materials, or the look and feel of our Eden Pavilion. Solid, well-built and designed.

For the price they come with the furniture and installation, you don't get that with your average summerhouse which is really a big shed with bigger windows. It also smells lovely.

The only downside to our whole experience was being too tight to pay someone to build the patio base. But that is totally of my own doing. We did that ourselves and although we did a great job, it nearly killed us from exhaustion. I'd do it again as I'm still tight, but I'd advise others to just pay someone and save themselves the pain of aching muscles and joints. The neighbours have learned many new rude words though, which might be useful in some situations.

Exemplary service from Sales, Installation and Customer Support - an excellent quality product supported by a great customer service ethos. I would recommend Crown Pavilions without hesitation.

Replaced old thatched roof on Elizabeth Gazebo with new cedar shingle roof. Excellent product and Installation. Would recommend Crown Pavillions first class product. Please pass on our thanks to Archie and Mindle? they were punctual and professional we are really pleased with the new roof.

We had an excellent experience with Crown Pavilions from start to finish. All of the customer service people I interacted with, by email and phone, were uniformly friendly and helpful, the installation team were polite and very efficient, and we are delighted with the final product (the Eden model).

We are delighted with our Crown Pavilion. The 2 men who came to install it were very professional the building went up without a hitch. It was quite amazing how they worked together with such method and precision. We can’t thank them enough.
It was also a very entertaining day for our ‘Peeping Tom’ neighbour as he filmed the whole process from his bedroom window 🤣
Seriously though, we LOVE our pavilion. Thank you Crown!

Our second Crown Pavilion; the first was excellent this one even better if that's possible. Service and attendance to detail first class and no hassell with deliveries etc The last one was a crucial part of our house sale that convinced our purchasers to buy so should be marketed as a sale asset.... which the pavilions certainly are ... a Rolls Royce job...use any of these notes to advertise. From start to finish we had a very good experience with Crown. The buying process was smooth and we were able to have detailed discussions to get the exact end product that we wanted.

Whilst the end result is our dream outbuilding, we were also very happy with the excellent regular communication process with the operations team. Given the Covid-19 situation this became more and more pivotal and we were grateful for Stephanie's friendly and efficient service, keeping us informed and working with us to get everything done when we could.

On the building side we truly appreciate Kestas' dedication and efficiency in making sure our build was done to the high standard that we dreamed of.

You can't beat Crown Pavilions! Every aspect of the service has been amazing from the ordering process and installation through to the after sales service, which even after two years is excellent! The garden room has been a fantastic addition to our home and Crown come highly recommend!

I have been very impressed with the service provided by Crown Pavilions, and would recommend the Company to anyone considering one of their products. The design and ordering process was straightforward - with all the staff very helpful - but I was even more impressed with the speed and quality of the build, despite the added complications caused by the COVID crisis. The build team never wasted a minute of the day (including the weekends!), were very polite and thoughtful, and clearly took a genuine pride in the quality of their work. All in all, a very hassle-free process - and we are delighted with the finished product (a Crown Pavilion Clarence). Well done!

PS. The pizza oven option is a must - best pizzas I have ever tasted!
