Everything went perfectly. Estimator came on time, fitter came on time and window looks fab, no mess.

Recently had a set of five bifold doors fitted as part of a kitchen refurbishment. The showroom staff were first rate and explained various aspects of the product and were lovely to deal with. The doors were delivered really promptly and the guys on-site were fantastic. The doors are great and could not be more pleased with the service we received. In fact popped in today on a separate matter and again… great service and warmth from the staff. Well done all… it counts!!

Their attention to detail is phenomenal and the team who did the job for us were punctual, efficient and polite.

We had a replacement conservatory built on top of an existing low wall. From beginning to end the whole experience was straight forward. The salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy. The two fitters were brilliant. Very efficient, neat and really quick. We are very pleased with our new conservatory and the smooth opening door and windows. Thank you.

When shopping around for a small conservatory for my husband's 80th birthday, Crown's name came up again and again so it was an easy decision to go with them.
From the start, they were a pleasure to work with. Gary designed a sun room that looks as if it were designed with the house. All staff were prompt, courteous and sensitive - until my husband was given the plans, they even parked down the road so the vans wouldn't give the game away! And the construction workers relaid some of the original path bricks to create a narrow path around the room. The site was left clean and tidy daily.
Since it was built last year, it's been in almost daily use - it's like sitting in the garden with added protection. Only on the dullest, coldest days has it not been used.
An added and unforeseen bonus is that, on clear nights, it's perfect for star/moon gazing! We couldn't be more pleased and shall definitely use Crown again.

We needed new windows and doors at our property, and went to Crown. Our enquiry was handled by Brian who showed us the vast choice for what we wanted. Once we'd decided, an appointment was made to measure up and the order was confirmed and a date given for installation, just a few weeks later. On the day of installation, Dave and Ryan arrived and set about the task of completing it within the agreed time scale. I fully recommend this company to anyone looking for windows, doors or conservatories. The customer service throughout is second to none, and the fitters, Dave and Ryan, were superb. They were polite, thorough, always tidied up, not that they made a mess in the first place, and kept us informed about the progress at all times. Top class work, from a top class team.

We chose Crown for our Origin aluminium windows, bifolds and doors because we wanted to support an independent local company rather than one of the pushy big players. We haven’t been disappointed at all from the start to the finish of the process.

We took a long time to make our choices and were helped by knowledgeable and personable staff at each step without ever being rushed or pressured. Installation was straightforward and has transformed the plain and dated look of our house to something really eye catching.

The service team have been extremely attentive and looked after even the tiniest little snag we raised. Easy to reach on the phone, by email or even dropping into their showroom.

We really can’t fault Crown. They’re brilliant and we’d recommend them to anybody looking to have a good experience replacing their windows and doors.
