We were very impressed with Crown. Pricing, timing and the process of fitting across a week was all very professional and Darren, Joe and Jack were great. Would definitely recommend talking to Crown. We are a bit off their usual patch but they were keen to quote against more local suppliers.

New windows and doors
I had new windows and doors fitted in Aug of this year. The installation team were quick, polite and caused minimal disruption. a few windows were incorrect however, these were replaced very promptly and they, together with a final adjustment of our patio door completed everything,
Full Marks to Crown for a job well done and making the customer happy.

The whole process was excellent from our first conversation with Nathan, to the finished project, over seen by Don, can't thank them enough.
The whole team who worked on the project were amazing. Office staff, builders, fitters and electrician.
We now have our dream garden room that is beyond our expectation, it has completely transformed our living space.

First class service for our windows and doors
From our quotation to insulation the service we received was excellent. We had new windows and doors and we are very happy with them. The fitters Darren and Jack were friendly and polite and they workmanship was first class. They cleaned up as they done each window and door. I can fully recommend Crown. They are the best . We were very impressed with Crown's excellent service…
We were very impressed with the build quality and appearance of our extension which exceeded our expectations. The team at Crown were all very friendly to deal with right from the start from Nathan the Sales Consultant to Don the Project Manager and his team of experienced workmen.
The project was professionally managed throughout.
The final result was in keeping with both our house and our part of the village, which was important to us as we are in a conservation area.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Crown to anyone considering an extension to their house.

A good experience from start to finish
We replaced all of our windows and some French Doors. It was a great experience from start to finish. Knowledgeable sales people, well stocked showroom. The installers did a great job and were a pleasure to have around.

Professional, efficient and good value
From the initial quote through to the installation, everything was done in a professional and efficient manner. Our requirements were catered for and they were very diligent in the measurements and surveys.
The installation process was much less obtrusive than expected and the internal finish was very tidy meaning that there was almost no decorating for me to do.
Overall, we are very happy with the outcome and feel we got very good value for our investment.

The service was very good. The fitters turned up on time, were very professional & cleaned up nicely before leaving. They noticed that there were 2 small scratches on the windows & arranged for the glass to be replaced a week later. We're very happy with the look & quality of the windows 🪟 & doors 🚪
