Your ordering process was terrible. Tried to get expedited service. Was expecting two day service and
it took almost two weeks. Could not get any help from customer service. Could not get thru to a supervisor or manager. did not get any return response. Produst is great. Service and shipping set up, along with no response was terrible.

I am happy to see that Crucial is still extant and able to provide the items I need time to time. Their level of security and process was good and is a pretty good example of what others could du to increase the confidence of the public customer.
My computer at work had been running very slow and would hang up occasionally. It only had 8mb memory. I purchased and installed 32mb. Runs so much better and faster now. Thanks
Well being from Canada the exchange rate is crazy, so the deal I thought I was getting added another 30$ on top of the sale crucial was having. Then got delivered & there was another 30$ at the door upon delivery! How is it Crucial doesn't have a Canadian site where prices are listed in my currency. The ram was fine.

After Crucial canceled my order due to lack of product and offered me a refund with 10 days they sent me the product 10 days later without me ordering. They said I could return without cost and would send me a label. I have yet to receive a label or answer my emails.

Got it quicker than I thought! The SODIMM works perfectly, and the thing on the Crucial website where you can check if the product your buying fits the computer you use really took the stress away. I wish that the SODIMM came with a small instructions pamphlet of how to actually insert it into your computer though.
Their site was a great experience. Simple and effective.
Support is non-existent. Support, not blather. I'm on day four of trying to get the drive to boot as cloned. Computer BIOS flashed. Initialized as GPT. Boot to UEFI. Windows DISM ran, SFC…ad nauseam… Now if Crucial offered the level of support that MiniTool offers, well I'd likely be up and running three days ago.

5 stars for receiving my items very quickly, however due to my error, the item was not appropriate for my computer.
3 stars for setting up the return with customer service to return. It took a long time on the phone, but the customer service agent assured me that the return information will be in my mailbox in a couple hours, it has been 24 hours as of now.

Two days after I ordered I received an email that the item was out of stock. I called to cancel the order and had to call several times after that to get my intensions straight. The agents were very helpful and went through the procedure of cancelling my order. But, the telephone connection was terrible every time! Two times the call just dropped, and I had to call again and when I actually was speaking with an agent, I would hear every other word and had to keep asking them to repeat. This condition was on every call not just one time. Terrible phone system for an electronics/communications company. Crucial/Micron really needs to invest some money in their customer service phone system.
