I am basing this in booking a holidsy cruise. If our holiday turns out as great as Shannon the booking agent we have a great time ahead. Shannon has been so patient getting us exactly whst we want making sure ever detail was exactly right. A great agent never had a more patient kind person helping us through our booking procedure. Just booked a bucket list cruise with the help of Shannon. Excellent customer advisor with plenty of knowledge and a pleasure to arrange our cruise with her.

I saw a packaged holiday advertised and it was almost what I was looking for but not quite. I asked Shannon if it was possible to make a few changes and was delighted to find out that she could adjust it to my precise requirements. I can highly recommend this agent. Don't hesitate to call them next time you are planning a cruise or land based holiday.

The booking process was quick and easy and everything was arranged including transfers. On reflection that may have been a mistake as we had some issues with the transfers and booking our own would probably have been easier.
I also wasn't keen on the fact that our return flight was with Ryanair and the baggage allowance fell well short of what we needed for a 26 day trip. I complained and Cruise Circle did us a favour by booking us as priority. That wouldn't have been necessary if they hadn't cut corners by booking a low cost airline. Their excuse was that there were no other direct flights. Really?
We also didn't know that Ryanair are the only company using terminal 3 for international flights and we had booked our parking based on a return to terminal 2 making it less straightforward than anticipated.
Cruise Circle found us a good deal and put together a good package but beyond that I didn't feel that their service was exceptional, just average. I've had lots of advertising emails since my return but no follow up on our satisfaction.

Helen was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and prompt in providing our cruise booking. She gave us the fullest details of every aspect of the flights, hotels to be used and of course the cruise itself. She answered all the questions raised leading to our completion of the booking.

I used to always book my cruises through Cruise Circle, I always found them super helpful and approachable - I have recommended them to a number of my friends.

In the last 18 months their customer service has taken a real downward spiral. Corresponding only with the "lead passenger" despite there being 2 separate bookings (one in my name) giving me mis-information about my reference number in direct conflict with the cruise line themselves - who are saying that our cruise is cancelled and the reference number not valid. Cruise Circle just keep telling me that the number is correct (well they keep telling my sister that, because she's the lead passenger!)

I would not book with Cruise Circle again, and I would point you towards other more efficient agents - its a shame as I liked dealing with a local company who seemed to care about service and experience - although that ship seems to have sailed now for Cruise Cirlce haha

We have booked several cruises with Nicola. I have always found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful, finding us good prices and offers.

I asked for a quote for a cruise i was given a price i went away just to check a few details i went back to them to book to only then be informed that the price is no longer available there was no mention of this in there original quote email that is price was subject to change now i don't call that good customer service now the same cruise will coast me an extra £300 or so with no offer of honouring this price even after me pointing this none disclosure in there email well if this is how they deal with preattentional a new customers then it may be just as well I'm not doing business with them. I have tried to find an email for the ceo / owners who i believe are Mr Jason Daniels & Ms Danielle Nemeth but could not find one just to let them know of my disappointment with the leave of service.

Tried to book again to be shown their price promise is not a promise and request for price match was rejected for £12pp!!!
Was effectively told to go book with other provider as it was ‘way cheaper to go book with them’ - I think the girl messed up her figures but even so, never beaten on price they say but when asked told price match £12pp was told to go elsewhere!
Other basic figures were wrong in quote and also in looking at price comparison for match request.
Would have scored lower if wasn’t for initial ideas supplied this time round and also service received last year which was good.

I was directed to this site from a critic site, I had already looked at the same cruise PO summer 2026, elsewhere found some savings compared to PO’s site. So thought I would give it another go, and yes this was like for like. In this there price for a £7k cruise on the PO site.. £7.9k.. (cheapest I have found £6.6k My advise search round all the booking agencies offer different prices, the cruise the options are all the same.. this site was not only the most expensive but more expensive than PO own site hence the 1 star.

We are two seniors so we watch for best pricing in everything from groceries to our splendid retirement adventures! Every chance we get to cruise we know CRUISE CIRCLE and representative Emma Browne have never let us down! Emma is patient, as we can be a challenge, and finds the PERFECT adventure for us. We have cruised about 20 times and since leaving the US to retire in Ireland, after finding CRUISE CIRCLE and Emma in the U.K., we have found the place to get best service, pricing, and communication. If there is a five star rating CRUISE CIRCLE gets our five star approval in all fields! Thank you!!

Booked a 2025 Christmas and New Year cruise to the Carribean with Sarah who provided a first class professional service. After seeing an advertised cruise with a great price Sarah provided a very comprehensible quote for our sailing, unfortunately due to the popular demand of the cruise (obviously down to pricing) we missed out on it (our fault entirely) Sarah took the time to research alternatives for us and came up with a very similar sailing with another cruise line.
In my opinion, this new deal was even better as we were able to tailor our flights from outside the UK saving us time and money on getting additional flights. Our deal incorporated extra bonuses without any additional cost too. I was even able to get a small reduction on price.
Overall I found my experience with Sarah very efficient, professional, extremely competitive and felt that she exceeded my expectations. As a company I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

On the ball, Sarah went above and beyond booking complex cruise under time pressure. Never missed a beat, very professional as always. Very satisfied, highly recommended

I've just booked a solar eclipse cruise for myself and my family with Joy Gozzard over the phone. I found Joy extremely friendly, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. She gave me all the different price options and explained everything to me. I would recommend booking with Joy.

I booked a cruise through this company first time I have used them. Their customer service has been excellent. They answer any query fully and promptly and are so helpful. Just booked our family cruise today with the help from Linda initially then finalised with Shannon. Very efficient, helpful and both a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend speaking to Cruise Circle if you are looking to book a cruise.

Booked fly/stay and cruise with Emma B who yet again input in extra time early morning as well as late at night to sort out our requirements for early next year, some cruises are filling up very quickly.
