Cruise Circle Reviews 

All to often companies expect reviews for just completing a contract. I am a firm believer reviews should be for an exceptional experience be it good or bad. The ezxeptionally good are few and far between but this is not the case with Cruise Circle.
Joy is an absolute pleasure to deal with so helpful and supportive with our planning process.
The admin team (a big shout out to Kelly) are always on hand and this was proven with our recent Japan trip.
Whenever we are planning an odd ball trip this is our fist point of call. Thank you to the whole team.

Dont bother - good price but not able to deliver, took nearly half an hour to be told just before I was going to pay over 10K for a cruise ‘that I might get moved to a different cabin!!”
I dont think so CC -I booked with Southampton Cruise centre with a couple of quid difference and someone who was actually in an office an not on the end of a ‘burner’ phone like this mob. In a word sh**

They have helped me in every aspect of transferring a cruise and also they are friendly, happy and I have always had a great outcome with them, not to mention a superb holiday too at their recommendation.

Just asked cruise circle about any update on our trip in just over 4 weeks fully paid then get an email saying our tickets could be delayed if said info is not sent they have just sent it after i asked what would happen had i not asked not impressed

Always excellent service when booking with Cruise Circle. Emma booked our 2026 cruise. She had so much knowledge and as there was specific requirements we required she was more than willing to assist in helping. One of The main reasons I book with this company - they are always willing to help and they answer the phone unlike some companies who keep people on the line waiting for someone to answer

First time user of Cruise Circle and I was lucky enough to get Helen Booth as the advisor. She spent an hour sorting out a cruise for myself and my 90 year old dad from our preferred port - local to where we live. Thank you Helen - I'll let you know how we got on!

ive booked with this agent before and they are really helpful.
However the admin team from mid counties coop are in my view a bit of a let down.
After having my flight cancelled I had to push to get the issue resolved in the end asking for my deposit to be returned.
The emails from customer service director were really rather a blunt way of not seeing the bigger picture, getting the issue resolved and leaving the client happy!
In the end the issue was resolved but to be honest when I look at booking again perhaps my experience with this lady will put me off.

Philipa was extremely helpful to us today. We are first time cruisers and relied heavily on her advice and knowledge. She really impressed us and guided us through the booking. I can certainly recommend cruise circle and Philipa.

Emma Brownie was amazing. I had a lot of criteria I needed for my cruise and Emma spent hours helping me to find the cruise that provided me with all my needs. I old and deaf and my hearing is worse on the phone. I am also forgetful and get very confused and had contact with her spread over many days but Emma was so patient and kind. I would never have been able to book anything without her constant help

On 27 July I booked through Cruise Circle a cruise from Miami to UK with NCL Joy, paying a deposit of £100 to secure.

On 29 July I sent an email asking what the status of gratuities was as this had not been discussed.

On 31 July I was told by Cruise Circle gratuities are additional.

On same day I asked if the gratuities are mandatory and how much they were.

On same day Cruise Circle replied saying "they will be automatically added to on board account at a cost of $18 per day. If you wish to remove or reduce you can do so on board..."

That same day I got a call from an NCL rep, based in Miami, who said the service charges are mandatory. I relayed this back to Cruise Circle, who still maintained their stance that they are not mandatory.

I did further research and found on NCL's website:

1. Service charges are fixed.
2. Service charges are $20 per day.
3. Fuel surcharges of $10 per day could be added if Texas Light Crude is above $65 per barrel (which it is at present).

I relayed this back to Cruise Circle, whose owner maintains I cannot get a refund of my deposit, despite all the incorrect and incomplete information provided by Cruise Circle so far.

Booked a Cruise, Flights and Hotel with this company which was excellent value when comparing other suppliers, would have been 5* if their telephone service and hours were, better, had to call many times before being able to speak to someone.
