Janine was absolutely lovely and very helpful

Olivia was fantastic. A problem we had with a booking was solved by her with great efficiency and professionalism. Moreover her interaction with me was friendly, courteous, kind and sincere. Thank you Olivia.

Booked a cruise today with Scott. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Gave us alternatives and maintained a good price. Easy to book and explained everything step by step. No pressure selling.

We had a big shock when we received our travel vouchers, the hotel in Chicago added lots of extras resort fees tax etc, we were gutted and did know what to do with less that 2 weeks before our holiday,
We spoke to Olivia she was amazing she sorted out another hotel for us with less fees she took the stress of it all away from us with her kindness and expertise

I have found the customer support poor when you need to make changes and amendments to your booking.There seems a lack of transparency in their contract as there are important T&Cs that only come to light when you have to cancel or make changes!

I have been moved to a better and bigger balcony on the MSC World Europa, I love this ship and will be back on in March 2026, even though its the same itinerary,

Well, I’m a little taken aback by my recent experience of contacting for after sales support.
I don’t think I’ve ever spoken to a ‘customer services’ advisor who was as rude, unhelpful & unempathetic as Olivia.
I’ve asked for her manager to call me back - she told me the managers name was Amelia, which could take 7-10 days. I won’t hold my breath for the call back.
And when I enquired about cancelling our cruise as we are so disappointed, she rattled off the email address that I’d need to email without a thought. I could see she’s used to doing this.
Disgraceful.

I have used Cruise Nation many times before today.
They are very professional and personable. Today I had a very helpful lady called Mary. She was fantastic.
She went to extra mile to find the right airline and seats for us, the hotel in the location we wanted, talked to Norweign cruises about some future cruise credit she could see on our latitudes account…. Mary was amazing. She did everything to make our booking as easy and seamless as possible. I cannot thank her enough. Cruise Nation you are lucky to have her as an employee.

We needed to change the cruise we had booked due to unforeseen circumstances. Jemma from Cruise Nation was very helpful in sorting out a new cruise in the Caribbean for us, making sure that it fit our requirements and phoning me to sort out a slight complication on flights, which she managed to sort out without any extra cost to us.

Impeccable service by Mary Isaac. She was ready to answer all the questions we had to finally book our cruise. Amazingly enough she was replying to our emails at very late hours. Truly an asset to Cruise Nation being our third time booking with them. Well done.

Jemma was able to amend our booking to enable an earlier return flight time which better suited our situation. A very helpful and efficient service.

After I was unable to get through on the main Cruise Nation sales team telephone number, Mary made contact without me even requesting a call back.

Mary is extremely patient, kind knowledgeable, amenable and a total holiday booking guru. I have booked many vacations (cruise, multi centre, package etc) and this was by far the best experience.

After discovering our initial holiday choice was fully booked, Mary quickly and efficiently identified the next available option and made us feel truly special by tailoring the holiday to us by extending our hotel stay, providing many hotel and flight options, and even made sure that our connecting flights were included on the main ticket (ensuring no additional baggage fees, which I have been caught out on in the past), and went out of her way to check that our flight connections allowed the recommended time to get us through customs. Mary clearly explained each part of the process - pricing, made sure we had visas and asked if we had any special requirements.

Mary is an asset to Cruise Nation and I can’t recommend her enough. I will definitely be booking all our future cruise holidays with Mary.

I’ve booked a lot with Cruise Nation because they are always efficient. The staff are excellent, when I email them, they respond very fast and deal with everything excellently!
