We had a change of cabin number at the last moment by the Cruise company and we had baggage labels for the old cabin; Oliva was exceptional with the information we needed and took time to answer our questions and we received new luggage labels within 5 minutes. Excellent well done Oliva
Time in between transfers.
We had a problem with our transfer time in Doha, didn’t think one hour between landing and boarding was enough. I spoke on the phone to Olivia and she sorted it out straight away with different flights to Dubai. Thank you Olivia.
It feels like you have a personal cruise concierge
I’ve used Cruise Nation (Shirley) for many years and they have always provided excellent customer service even if you need help whilst on the holiday. They are very transparent and they pick up the phone and answer emails which is fabulous these days! And I have just had excellent service from Mary to book the new Celebrity River Cruise - she logged on to her system super early to stand the best chance of snagging the best available cabin the moment they went on sale and before it sold out almost immediately! She did brilliantly on my behalf I couldn’t have got the holiday without her diligence and perseverance - thank you Shirley and Mary for being my personal cruise concierges! 10/10
24hr customer support
At the end of our recent cruise there was the distinct possibility of us being stranded in Athens due to strike action by Air Traffic Controllers.
We contacted Cruise Nation on the 24hr helpline and received excellent support, advice and guidance from Kimberley who was very reassuring throughout.
Eventually the strike was cancelled at the 11th hour but I have no doubt that if required, Cruise Nation and in particular Kimberley would have ensured that we were fully supported until our travel home had been completed.

Cancelled EasyJet flight
We had our flight cancelled by easyJet on Friday evening in Milan. I called Olivia on the 24/7 helpline who was absolutely amazing.
She was calm and patient and eventually managed to get us on an alternative flight 24 hours later

Excellent bespoke service
I have just booked a two week holiday, one week at Universal and another week on Royal Caribbean. Our requirements (dates, hotel and flight requirements) all differed from the advertised holidays on the website. Mary Isaac from the sales team helped us to get the right holiday for us and was very responsive to all requests. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Just like to give a special mention to a guy called Scott Martin, excellent customer service skills, personable and boy did we make him work for the sale. He provide call back's when he said he would, e-mails, had him searching for our perfect holiday. We kept changing our minds before landing on a deal that worked for us, nothing was too much trouble for him.
