Said that they had dragon Ball super broly in English (they don't) I tried everything. I only had fan. Not super fan

The Help page is needly hidden. I see no point in keeping my subscription with the way your quality has declined.
Your dubs and voiceovers have gotten worse lately.
Hundreds of sound effects are missing, everything sounds cheap and rushed.
There’s zero focus on user experience — it’s all just about min-maxing.
Your whole service is a huge letdown. Doesn’t matter if it’s German, English, or any other language — we’re just getting garbage now, probably because you're putting insane pressure on the studios.
And for this pile of crap, I’ve been paying money this whole time.

I awoke this morning to fraudulent charges with this company. They were reported to my bank and addressed.

Account was compromised and the process of deleting the account is unnecessarily convoluted. The customer support e-mail needed to delete the account is not given. The "virtual" assistant is useless in this regard and the "human" assistant chose to ignore my inquiry regarding what the e-mail is. It is not a secure site and this made even worse by requiring the user to spend far too much time attempting to figure out how to contact proper support.

They got really good anime shows,but their support gives attitude when i complain the site is laggy.

Been using Crunchyroll for well over a decade now, and for what it offers it is an alright anime streaming service. The company itself isn't the best on some of their recent choices they made, like for example the Funimation merge, as well as removing anime content for seemingly no reason, especially older series. The prices are reasonable for what you get, and if you primarily watch anime on mobile, game console, or TV then I would say it's worth it. If you primarily watch anime on PC then I would find other suitable sites that offer more for less.

Making a review because I just used customer support, and in the same search I used to find the support page. I saw a negative review from here saying the support was awful.

I had the opposite experience, the pre-screening chatbot was quick and easy, I got to a real human very quickly, and they were not constrained to lists of predetermined responses.
They were very personable, even agreeing explicitly with some of my feedback. Felt like I was just talking to a fellow anime fan. 11/10 would recommend Crunchyroll support.

I contacted them to give feedback about bringing back the comment section with it default off for users so they still achieve "safety" while allowing those who want the comments (most of the user base) to have them.
I also suggested that they not show me ads for shows I'm already watching. That way their ads (still have some ads in premium) are more effective, and less onerous. They passed along the feedback, very nice, very easy, no stress

It has good quality anime,but unlike his ine,it doesn’t have that much,bad theyre always taking down stuff

They screwed over one of my favorite eng voice actors (withheld personal mail directed at him, opened boxes and gave them to employees. You know, really shit things to do) so he quit and now someone else voices one of his most iconic characters.

I don’t know much else about the site, my subscription was only for a week or so and I only watched one show.

To crunchyroll, I spoke to AYUSH today he goes he will help then responds and says let’s have a conversation via email and disappears, if you charge me as I’m within the free trial it won’t be good, remove my details asap you dodgy scams. NMe was AYUSH who was not able to supper me with the smallest query.

Only one streaming on crunchyroll and boom to many streamers watching and can't get past this error . If u guys can't get your shit together i'll just switch my platform.

I like the selection of shows from Crunchyroll, but customer service is a HUGE problem. I've had to speak to them twice, including today, and while both problems were solved, communication felt like banging my head against the wall. They either assumed the incorrect problem, explained things poorly, or gave me unrelated answers to questions I had. Also--if a payment doesn't go through, NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER, FOR GOODNESS SAKE. I don't like finding out last month's payment failed when I thought I'd updated my payment method accordingly.

I am serious. You need to fix customer service, NOW. I like Crunchyroll, but the thought of having to deal with customer service again has me thinking of canceling.

I signed up for a free trial and got instantly charged. Spent a lot of time going back and forth with the customer service, after which they said the charge would be canceled but nothing happened.

This app is ATROCIOUS. Especially if your using it on Nintendo Switch. First it used to have the issue that if you Switch went into standby mode, it would kick you out of the episode your watching, now when it does this, it fully logs you out of your account. And it's on top of the fact that this app will have playback issues or the voices become slowed down or distorted, and also doesn't even have a full library of order anime that are available to watch online. This app is a pathetic joke.

Crunchyroll is in the position where they have no real competition, so they are fine getting by on a below mediocre service. The website is garbage, I’ve been on pirating websites that are far better. They don’t even have a language filter despite every show having a language tag. It honestly feels malicious of them. If they had a language filter, it would be at least a 4/5 star site. I’m sure they have more shows in my language, but I have no way of knowing. So I will just use pirating sites that do until Crunchyroll decides they want my money again. I’ve been a customer for 6 years, will come back when you put in a couple hours of work making a filter.

I recently discovered a charge on my bank card from Crunchyroll, a service I have never signed up for, never used, and never knowingly shared my payment details with. This came as a complete surprise, as I have no account with them and have never even visited their website intentionally.

What’s more concerning is the lack of transparency around how they obtained my payment information. This raises serious questions about data security and possible third-party sharing without consent. Attempts to resolve this directly have been met with either generic responses or little help at all.

To others reading this: double-check your bank statements. If you see a charge from Crunchyroll and don’t recall ever using it, treat it as suspicious and report it immediately to your bank or card provider.

In my opinion, this experience feels misleading and borderline fraudulent. I’m sharing this review not out of anger but to warn others and encourage the company to take these concerns seriously.

horrible i cannot even wtach a single anime without 57 different adds showing up i cannot watch one piece without having ro purchase prenium and i cant even watch anything without having th buy prenium you need to pay just to watch the 2nd season of any anime horrble the creator of this website is just a fat money loving pig who doesnt care about quality but just the money earnt

ever since the purchase of funimation there customer service on crunchy roll is terrible, the website does not work. My issue i cant even make an account, it says enter a valid email so i try resetting the password nope nothing i contact support they tell me they changed something to do with my payment so i can have any option ? great I CANT LOG IN , so i try again they tell me oh i have an account just reset the password , thank you oh brilliant one i didn't try that already and said i tried when i contacted you. Just cause they are the one thats in your face and you see everywhere does not mean they are good . hands down one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with.

this app is good but few are in premium that cannot see for example [solo leveling season 2 there is no option to see even in japanese ]. [ lf there has this option we can review the anime and we also have interest to see the other animes with the premium package ]so this is the only fault l consider from crunchyroll
