Perfect. Everything as expected

I bought a pair of Elac DB62-BK. They had a 20% sale. My intended use was as front speakers on a 5.1 system in my bedroom.
The speakers arrived in four days. My bedroom is not large, meaning that the relatively small 6 1/2" Elac speakers can work to there max. At this time they are still breaking in. I am happy with my new front speakers. They are backed by similar ceiling speakers in 6 1/3" and a center that works for now. Audiofile at a good price.

I've been buying from Crutchfield since 1988. They are simply the best. Just very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

The harness adapter recommended by the site that I purchased was incorrect. The radio housing adapter was unnecessary and did not fit in the vehicle. I ended up using the factory one that came with the car to mount the radio. Both items were recommended items added to my purchase and neither item worked or was necessary. Also the packaged arrived late and was not delivered to my address but dropped at a pick up point.

Pricing was cheaper than anywhere else for the same product. Products were shipped on the same day and arrived shortly after. Site was easy to navigate with great selection. All around a great online experience.

Had Vince as my customer rep. Helped me pick out everything I needed. Answered the phone when I had problems with install. Worked with me to swap out parts when I wanted to upgrade. Been using this company for 20+ years with never a bad experience.
