I must admit, initially I was quite frustrated attempting to open the account. I was contacted by a Mr. Marc and thankfully he walked me through the procedure and presto, all done. Now just waiting for my investment to mature so I can use their services. Well done Crypto2cash staff.

I wasn't available in their region and after I transferred my money they immediately got it back to me and were very helpful.

First of all, I'm giving this service 1 star because there is not the possibility to give 0, from the beginning they ask TOO MANY of your papers, such as ID's, your personal address, bank account tickets and so on. Then there's the crypto side of things, once you deposit the currency in your account there is no way to get it out of this app, which already says enough, then when you do your transaction they say it's going to take a max of 4 days, it's been more than a week and I'm still waiting, not to mention the very unhelpful customer support, in my case it was Marc and Tobias, they just give you excuses and keep apologizing instead of actually helping. It is just preposterous to give these people the amount of personal information you do and then just get delayed every single time, if you value your crypto don't even touch this shady app.

Edit: So after 2 weeks of waiting I got my money, but the amount I received was about 20% than the app told me and I am honestly to tired to contact support about it, so... yeah, not using this app again, but at least they gave me something. Maybe it was my particular case but this definetly stops me from wanting to use this app ever again. I will give them 2 stars though because they paid eventually.

I had a fantastic experience with the gentleman who helped me. I realised i was in above my head and i needed help.
The gentleman went way above and beyond to help me and after many messages we eventually got there with what i wanted. I absolutely could not have done it without him and if im honest its given me confidence to get into bitcoin at a later date.

I’ve been using crypto2cash to sell Bitcoins for couple months now. The app itself is easy to use ect. But I wanted to point my experience on to the Customers support chat wich always been very helpful and quick. They’ve never let me down before. Friendly, understanding (even 4ners who do not speak english too well.)

The customer service levels here are of the highest standard. Slight technical hitch but more my fault than theirs but overall great.

It was a nice experience to work with Mr PJ and Mr Marc. Both were very prompt in replying in e-mail, and in chat..
It is the first time to work with them. I could sell my BTC on time and received my amount in my account in the next day.

PJ was extremely helpful and I’m so grateful for that. I will update my information as soon as we are allowed to renew our passports and licenses again which should only be about a month from now.

I am a complete amateur and sent the wrong coin to my ETH wallet. PJ from Crypto2Cash worked so hard for me to retrieve my coin and transfer it to me in ETH. I am forever grateful for his help and have learnt a very valuable lesson. Crypto2Cash is trustworthy, honest and very helpful.
