never received the laptop that o paid for never got a refund as far as im concerned its a scam they stop replying to me and never give me a call back.

I did a purchase in dicember 2021 and never received my purchase.
I just got a mail from them today 11.04.2023 that my purchase was completed. (But never received my purchase). In case i will ever receive my purchase i will update my review here

My experience with Crypto Emporium was nothing short of exceptional. I purchased a limited-edition watch using Bitcoin, and the process was smooth and efficient. The customer support team was incredibly helpful and guided me through the transaction every step of the way.

So happy with the product i purchased.

I bought a Rolex from the site the other week after the crypto markets pumped. I’m always sceptical with these kind of sites but my submariner was delivered within 5 working days, pristine condition. Checkout process was smooth and I received good communication from the support team to update me about the status of my order. Will use again in the future.

I ordered a computer (order #1666) for my family and have heard nothing since I ordered it, I have sent them messages and emails to ask them if there is any update and haven’t had any reply’s, at this point I want a refund as I find it completely ridiculous how little communication there is.

I ordered and paid for a PS5 in November 2021. I have had zero response from them after they "confirmed" my payment. This company is a scam, please do not be the fool that I was.

This company is run by a serial scammer who will steal your hard-earned money and leave you with nothing to show for.

Don't waste your money or time

I made an order 2 weeks ago and after the payment was confirmed I didn't receive any other communication from them.

I tried contacting the support many times and in different ways but nothing....no response.....

After reading many other bad experiences from other people, this is not a problem exclusive to me.

At worst the shop is just a scammer operation stealing people cryptos and at best they have horrible management and client support.

I'm incline to think the first option is the reality.

Don't make the same mistake I and other people did.

waiting 2 months for my package still nothing I would like a refund

Most likely a scam. No replies from their "24/7" support, invalid phone number on their homepage, invalid phone number and lack of info on their order confirmations, no human contact since my order and subsequent attempts to reach out since I placed my order on September 21st. I'll make sure to remove this review if I ever see my product, but regardless whether they exist or not, their support is garbage/nonexistent.

I ordered my Package #290 on August 10th.
My payment got approved about 1 week later. I had 2 emails since then about the status of the package. Company mailed back that they have issues with their vendors and they expect my package in their processing centre in the week of August 24th.
I am good things I will recieve my package but they could work on their customer support and on their tracking status.
Between payment confirmed and shipping there could be 'Sent from Vendor to Processing Centre' That would be really helpful.

EDIT:
1 week gone by still no answer from the company to any mails or telegram messages.
My order is set to payment confirmed still.
If in 20 day I get no info on my package weither it gets delivered or not I will ask for refund and 20 days after, if i dont get a refund I will contact local organs.

Edit 2: Still no answer from customer support. I am contacting local organs now.

I ordered 2 items on 4 Sep, 2021. I paid with .02000668 BTC. The website shows that I made the orders and that I paid already. Since 3 days have already passed and there has been no indication that my items have been processed or shipped, I sent messages and emails by whatsapp, email, and on their website. I will update here, the results of their response later this week.
Update 1: I received an email reply from "Crypto Emporium" on 8 Sep from "Melissa Valenti", but there was no information in the reply concerning the status of my order. Hence, no change in the star rating yet.
Update 2, 8 Sep, 2021: I received an email from "Melissa Valenti" and she says that she is unilaterally cancelling my order and will refund my BTC within 48 hours. I will update this post again regarding any refund I receive from "Melissa Valenti".
Update 3, 10 Sep, 2021: I did not receive any bitcoin from the "Cryptoemporium" as promised. If I do not receive the appropriate refund by Monday, 13 Sep, 2021, I will file a complaint with the local authorities based on the evidence I have collected for internet international commerce fraud. After the initial investigation is complete, the local police forces will forward the case to the local authorities of where the suspects are operating.
Update 4: I received most of my BTC back this afternoon. It is a little short, but I wont argue about it.
My advice to "Cryptoemporium" is to find a cheap way to keep customers updated on the status of their orders and to forewarn them that the order may take several weeks to arrive. After a customer pays for an order, the customer needs to know within 2 days if the order is undergoing the shipment process or any other status. Next, the customer needs to know when the item is shipped and the estimated transport time. I am disappointed that my order was not processed timely and orderly. The "Cryptoemporium has a great opportunity to become a huge success, but customer relations are a problem now.

I ordered a crypto miner a few months back. The confirmation stated 10-21 days. I still haven’t received anything and they stopped responding to emails or whatsapps, the chat is not working and the phone goes straight to voicemail.

This is a scam!

Guys, these are all fake reviews since their rating was back to under 3 star just some months if not weeks ago. How is this possible you ask?! They write a bunch of fake 5 stars reviews to counteract the customers they stole from!

Dont let them fool you, they will steal small sums from small buyers like me, then they try to sell………………………

You say you sent the whole batch of ellipals 18 months ago, i have screenshots admitting you didnt have stock till august 2020 (10 months ago). Laughable PR.
You sure sent me the ellipal right? Ok then show the tracking id, show me the emails were you apologize and correct your missbehaviour with the customer. You well know who i am by now and that you kept my ltc and never sent me anything. This wont end up good for you with this criminal behaviour.

I am a normal citizen that wanted a hardware wallet, what are my incentives to lie? None, you lie! Again check your “PR” ( thought italians could keep face and reputation in business, guess not, too busy counting stolen crypto) (minus the customers crypto that will read this lol) because i wont back down until you pay your dues.

I bought a crypto miner on this website and they haven't emailed me since the day I placed the order and they confirmed payment.... I sent multiple emails to ensure that I was going to receive it and I got nothing in return. I placed the order on April 27th and today is June 7th. They gave me an estimated 10-21 day when I placed the order but I didn't receive anything. Someone else on this website got them to respond to a negative review so I thought I might try it. All in all, don't waste you time with this site.

Paid for Laptop for my Son, not been delivered! Scammers! Stealing children happiness! Hope god and karma will punish you!
They are writing below that they contact their customers but they not did anything of that! Phone in website is fake! Probably bot just replies this messages and strange that trustpilot doesn't do anything about it.

I was losing hopes after > 40 days of silence and no contact. But the item has been finally delivered from Croatia and I had a kind answer from the client service, too. Both the site and customer service need a revision but I shall consider further shopping from this site. A lot of interesting items are available.
