Placed an order two months ago, and been trying since then, all communication channels available with the company with ZERO reply.

Never in my life had such an experience. It's a SCAM, stay away.

Also, their website is down now. Probably took the money and ran away.

Bought a camera in December 2020 - now it's is end of March 2021. Not recieved anything. They are not replying to emails. Not sure what to do.

I ordered three items a full month ago, paid using Bitcoin, the order shows "processing", but there has been zero communication from the company, and I have tried their customer contact system three times without ever getting a response about my order. No product, no service, but they have my bitcoin. Seems like the textbook definition of a scam

BIG SCAM! You will lose your crypto and get excuses if lucky, or just get ignored in general.

Till this day I've still had no response. Terrible support I cant get involved with a site with no support.

BEWARE! They or he (because we already found some) sent me an expensive watch just in few days but after 60 days from ordering they have a problem with sending iphone and airpods. It is normal for they to ignore your messages.. It's like after payment "ciao, next donkey, please". There is something wrong with them. I don't really understand their ways but while ignoring me I found better stores for crypto. I recommend bitrefill and bitdials. SO if you don't want to drink "melissa" tea, you dont want to go to the police and waste 6 hours there or just you don't want to lose money and time then just DO NOT ORDER ON CRYPTOEMPORIUM!

After 90 days, I have received the items, but unfortunately not the ones I ordered. Instead of the iphone 11 pro max midnight green I got an iphone pro space gray and second item used, from second hand airpods pro. I have no idea what they're doing this for ...

The Crypto Emporium team are very professional. There was some delays with some communication, but due to events out of their control.

The idea that you can spend your $BTC on a market place for real world goods is great. Bitcoin was made to be spent, and I will continue to spend.

Hopefully won't be my last purchase from there!

Rip off artists they will scam you...Don't be like me and order before read all real reviews....They are all about getting your money, then once its in their hands you will never hear from them again..Sure you will get whats ordered to an extent. It will be a way lesser model and price with no fefund..in sight...They got me for a drone I did not get model I ordered and the one sent was big difference in price but when attempting to contact them they didn't answer. Then when I told them im going to warn others about this site through review..The "owner" sent me an email saying I would get 100$ rebate and to send a wallet address and I would have it within 24 hours. Well 100 is not even close to cost difference and guess what I sent that wallet adress never to be heard from with no 100 bucks back. I assume they do the same with watches and other items ...Don't get scammed do the research read other reviews first don't make the same mistake I did

3 months ago i bought an ellipal titan from this italian site that sells stuff for crypto, paid for it with litecoin. After a barrage of emails asking on the whereabouts of my order and why it was never processed whatsoever, not talking about a shipment, just a mere indication that my money went somewhere, their customer service to call it something.. answers back with a mix of bad manners, excuses, caps locks, and guilt tripping using the covid-19 situation as a cover and telling me to be more emphatic. And to delete the negative review on coinpayments. Lol!

More messages follow throu all the while they stay active in twitter trying to sell lamborghinis and scam more unaware customers, not a single one of my emails was answered back. I then give up and ask for a reimburse, thats when they contact me Finaly! asking for a ltc adress, guess what?

Exactly! No reimburse. That was the last of the 2 messages within 3 months they took the time to write.

These scammers robbed me of my ltc and they will do the same to you.

Im going to contact the italian auyhoritys next to investigate their monkey business.

Do bot buy from them, and keep the word running they are the last site to soend crypto on,please!

P.D: I learnt that im not their only victim, they had another situation with some online conmunity and 5k euros stolen, obviously i keep the blockchain transaction info and emails in case they try to spin any kind of rethoric on me and approach this post in the same way theyve done business throu email. Lying.

Terrible communication, you will need days to get their support to answer. If they ever answer. I assume it’s a one-man-doing-all-alone there.

They claim to offer almost everything, but it looks like they do all the things for the first time.

I wouldn’t say they are scam, but be ready to get hardly disappointed with them.
Terrific experience ever.
Don’t say now you wasn’t warned.

Huge thanks to Crypto Emporium! My watch got delivered today and it is perfect! Communication was brilliant and the support staff could not do anymore to help with the purchase. Watch was delivered after around 3 weeks which was a little later than I had hoped for which is why I cannot rate 5 stars. But will definitely be ordering again next bulk market!
