ISSUES AT FIRST, BUT THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED
At first, I was a bit disappointed that my transaction was put on hold and i thought my funds had disappeared. After goin back and forth, eventually the service team at Cryptorefills went on chain to find our transaction that previously was not found and reimbursed me the initial transaction; i know this took a tremendous amount of work, but at the end of the day they were terrific in solving this issue. Very fast and better rates for USDT than others

I have a issue with the purchase after I sent crypto to the wallet that’s given to me via the app. I thought I lost money then i decided to mail ‘em through email they responded immediately and rectify the issue and gave me my card I’m so happy.
