Placed an order for an amazon gift card.
Due to some kind of bug, my order expired and failed even if I sent the right amount of crypto to the correct address.
Sent an email to the support, they answered rapidly and address the issue immediately, delivering the order manually.
The gift card worked properly.
Pay attention: Don't use a vpn when you claim the gift card on amazon. This can trigger an alert on amazon that will freeze your account.

Gift cards issued very timely, and my interactions with support have always been positive! Only thing I can complain about is some blockchains' speeds, maybe if the hold time for an order was a bit higher? The service works perfectly though, and fees are reasonable.

It's been hours since I purchased a 10 dollar shein gift card and I got a email form cryptorefills which says that my order has been failed to deliver. On their website in shop history page my order says waiting for manual action. But it's been more than 10 hours and I still didn't get my order. I've also replied to the email asking for a refund which was instructed on the email I got from crypto fills. And still not I got no reply other than from an automated message.

Cryptorefills please check my email and order, send me my refund as quickly as possible.

Edit: even tho they failed to deliver my order, I got my refund back but it took over 12 hours

I tried this out for Amazon India. I forgot to include the fees while sending crypto, and the support were very helpful in resolving this issue. I'm glad that I got to use their service.

Edit: turns out they have taken down amazon for some reason, which sucks. Still other e-stores are available

Scammed 20€ from me. When talking to the support they just send a pre-made email that is used for everyone they scam. DO NOT buy from them.

Answer to their reply: the gift card WAS NOT region specific since I had already redeemed 1 gift card from them, completely equal and didn't had any problem.

I myself made an error when purchasing a gift card which was promptly rectified by the support team. They responded to my request within a few minutes and handle the process professionally. Great service and I’ll continue using their services

It's a good platform but I tried buying airtime since Saturday and till date it is still not working. Cryptorefill pls try and attend to my problem.

They are scamers,
i lost $125 they provide fake and non valid giftcard.
after telling them and contacting with support they dont agree to give replacement or refund.
totaly scam and liers.
Bitrefill.com is 1000 times better with them.

I ordered an Amazon gift card for $100 from cryptorefills.com. After paying, I received an email a few minutes later stating that my order could not be processed and had been cancelled. The email instructed me to contact support for a refund, which I did by providing my wallet address. However, instead of receiving my refund, I received a gift card code in response from the support team, which I no longer needed. The support team refused to give me my money back, despite their mistake and my lack of need for the gift card.

The overall process of buying the gift card of your choice is straightforward. The only problem I face is UI that frequently does not respond to touches. Furthermore, I think that the app logs you out of your account to often. I know it helps to protect your account, but I think that the rate could be lowered. Otherwise, I think that the experience is great. Definitely recommend!

I used their service to purchase a $100 Amazon voucher with BTC, after I sent the money (around 1 minute after initiating the order) their website didn’t recognise it (even though I have a transaction ID and proof that the transaction occurred as per the blockchain ID).

After I contacted their support team (and provided a screenshot that clearly showed their website and the crypto address to send the money to) they proceeded to blame me and say I sent the BTC to the wrong address (which is not true as the screenshot and my transaction ID both had the same BTC address).

I’d recommend using an alternative like bitrefill so you don’t get scammed.
