Doesn't work as claimed
We bought a new GE fridge last October and I purchased a 3 pack of your filters CF9-N. These are supposed to replace the GE XWFE filter. I made sure it had the "chip" included so it will measure the water as it is dispensed. I'm getting an ERROR message when I try to dispensed water. I thought maybe because of the "chip" I may have a defective one so I opened another one with the same results. Now what? Crystal makes it difficult to contact them for issues. I've got a bad feeling I'll never see my 99 dollars again.
