We bought a new GE fridge last October and I purchased a 3 pack of your filters CF9-N. These are supposed to replace the GE XWFE filter. I made sure it had the "chip" included so it will measure the water as it is dispensed. I'm getting an ERROR message when I try to dispensed water. I thought maybe because of the "chip" I may have a defective one so I opened another one with the same results. Now what? Crystal makes it difficult to contact them for issues. I've got a bad feeling I'll never see my 99 dollars again.

Bought crystala water filter XWFE and we cannot install it because it won’t turn despite following the instructions to the letter. There is no working contact phone number for Crystala and when I try their contact via Facebook it will not work. There is no phone number to call. I would avoid this product and company

I installed this unit five days ago, and so far so good. It looks and feels almost exactly like the brand name water filer, which costs more than three times as much. It was easy to install, and the water tastes great so far. I was hesitant to replace my old filters very often because of the cost, but at this price, I'll definitely be replacing them right on schedule. So happy to find a third-party company making these things at a price that isn't a total rip-off.
