TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

DISGRACEFUL COMPANY!! Did some window “repairs” for my 78 year old disabled mother. Failed to finish the job leaving 2 rooms with massive drafts in the middle of winter yet still took nearly £700 for work carried out. Also fitted faulty window handles which broke almost instantly. Came back once to resolve issues but failed to fix the drafts and verbally abused my mother for no reason, even tried to charge extra for the second visit!! When I rang Chris the manager to complain he did not even apologise for the shoddy workmanship or abusive staff! This company clearly profits from taking advantage of vulnerable elderly customers, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
