I have been shopping with Crystal Heaven for 3 years now and one of the reasons I keep coming back time and time again is the affordable but quality and stunning pieces they create is like no other. I love that they are always keeping their ideas fresh with new collections regularly coming out alongside keeping their classic household pieces. If I could put more stars I would!! I have been ordering from them for years and never a bad product or service. Honestly - firstly they are the most helpful team, all very knowledgeable and friendly with honest advice of how things fit and even style experts so I always ask them their opinion on my choices. The team at CHL are just so lovely.
Then the product..my goodness… not only are they beautiful, glam and super sparkly, every item I’ve had is so comfortable, no scratchy backs, no sharp bars that hurt when putting through the piercing, they are made so beautifully. And they just all last! I have never had a lost stone, no tarnishing, no gems going green. They are flawless. I get so many compliments on all my earrings and I can’t help but brag to people when they compliment me. I’ve had more piercing in order to wear more of their jewellery. I’m a huge advocate incase you hadn’t noticed. I do not buy from anywhere else! CHL are smashing it and I look forward to all my many more purchases and introducing friends and complimentary strangers to them!

I ordered two pairs of earrings from Crystal Heaven London. The original order was delayed and eventually lost in the mail, but the customer service team (Harley and Jo) was really helpful throughout and kindly sent me a replacement. The jewelry was very pretty when it arrived and has been worn continuously with no reaction.

The chains I bought were very cute but the customer service people were rude and acted very unkind when I asked about tariffs, they were cold and unhelpful.

I normally don’t bother with reviews but I am so thrilled with the service I just had to. Before my order was shipped they reached out to me to double check that my order was correct as it had a mix of gold and silver earrings, I am so so grateful that they did as I had added one silver one by mistake and it meant that instead of it arriving and me realising then I am now getting exactly what I wanted! Thank you so much :)

I ordered a threadless stud and, unfortunately, it fell out within the first hour of wearing it. I reached out to customer service, and while they were responsive, they declined to take any responsibility for the issue. I even offered to purchase just a replacement stud without the bar, but was told that wasn’t possible.

The earrings themselves are nice, but the overall experience has left me disappointed. Good customer support goes a long way, and sadly this has put me off making any future purchases from them.

Received my order today and love all my earrings. I have bought from this company as I need earrings I can wear all the time and won't tarnish. I've bought cheaper earrings in the past and they went grey. Hopefully these won't as they are a bit more expensive. Thank you!

I was so excited to find threadless studs in the UK having seen them last year in Canada. I bought the threadless studs for my front helix piercing, DOLCE Mini Scattered Gemstone Hoops in gold and the curved labret insertion tool. The labret tool made application really easy to change my piercings.
The customer service was exceptional, they contacted me as they noticed I’d order both silver and gold jewellery so wanted to check it was correct before issuing! I’ve never known a company to do that!! I did make a boo boo by ordering the wrong length bar (8mm) but that’s my bad. I’m that pleased with my purchases and experience, I’ve ordered again including the threadless bar in the correct size! :) Defo recommend.

I bought the threadless studs for my front helix piercings and the curved labret insertion tool. So easy to use! I struggle to grip regular labret jewellery where you have to screw the back. The labret tool made this easy especially for the awkward angle of the piercings. Will be purchasing more in the future!

I recently ordered from Chrystal Heaven Jewellery and was blown away by the customer service — truly excellent and so helpful! I accidentally ordered the sober finish instead of gold and had already paid, but they reached out before delivery to double-check and correct it. That kind of attention to detail is rare and so appreciated!

The package arrived the next day, beautifully wrapped with a handwritten note — such a thoughtful, personal touch. The earrings themselves are absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again!

I didn't receive my package and when I emailed to let the company know they was not helpful, I do not recommend you get anything from this company. Its sad as you try to help out these small businesses but customer service is poor and your spending over £100 delivery should be dealt with properly. Thank god for my bank otherwise I will be without the product and no funds.

I asked if they could replace a piercing that I lost and they not only responded but also IMMEDIATELY send me a replacement for free. Never felt so validated. Absolutely recommend this brand and not only because of their GREAT Costumer service but also because their quality is genuinely so good!

Purchased two items on Monday, had a confirmation email. I hadn’t received a dispatch email after their “allocated two day processing time” so enquired via email. Heard nothing so chased again. No reply. Went on their live chat which says reply’s in a few minutes- You’re waiting hours for a reply. Chased via instagram, Facebook- no reply. Finally get a reply and they say they’re going to dispatch. To then not receive a dispatch email - Chase them once again to be told they haven’t posted it.
No apology for delays or issues. They didn’t want to rectify the situation with express delivery. They then cancelled my order without asking or responding to my email.
Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and I work in customer service.
So disappointing from a UK business but reading other comments I’m not the only one who has received this treatment. Think a lot of staff training is in order in how to treat your customers and how best to respond to disgruntled people as well!
I wish I had read reviews prior to even looking at buying anything.
I am now having to go through my bank to receive my refund as they haven’t bothered with that either. Bravo Crystal Heaven you are the furthest thing from heavenly to deal with!
