Andrew at Crystal Life has helped me with a number of new mortgages and remortages and always made the process easy and seamless. In every instance he took the time to fully explain and outline all the available options and answer all my questions and advise me on the best course of action, and on every occasion steered me in the right direction. I am an overseas Landlord and both Andrew and Dimitris always reply to my emails very promptly and always make themselves available for my calls.

Have used Andrew and Dimitris for many remortgages (as have my family) and highly recommend. They made me feel at ease during the whole process and dealt with my numerous questions (across 3 remortgages whilst on maternity leave) very promptly and were always at the end of the phone sorting the issue or providing sound advice. No fees either which is a bonus and doesn't seem to be offered by many mortgage brokers.

Andrew has always been extremely helpful and informative providing the best options to us for re-mortgaging previous properties, existing properties and new properties. Dimitris at Crystal Life arranged the mortgage for our first home. He was approachable, responsive and thorough, coming up with many more options than we had had previously.

He was also lovely to deal with, had all the answers and generally very reassuring throughout the process, which can be nerve wracking to say the least. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with him.

Very happy with the service here, a blend of approachable and efficient. Sorted out in two hours some mortgage offers which a large firm still hadn't done in two months. When an offer was withdrawn because of unforeseen circumstances, they found another one the same day. I felt I was in safe hands. They were recommended by a fussy friend of mine, and here's another fussy person now recommending them. Emails weren't always answered, but the ones that mattered, were. I even got an email answered 8pm on Saturday night. (I don't think that's usual - the product of coronavirus lockdown boredom!)
