Lack of Communication and Transparency
Having initially contacted C S Plumbing and Heating Ltd in mid November to undertake 2 non-emergency Plumbing jobs, I constantly had to keep re-phoning the firm despite assurances that somebody would get back to me. It took until January until I was provided with a quote but it was just an arbitrary figure for parts and labour. I asked for a breakdown of the costs so I could make comparisons but was told their supplier would not let them disclose their prices. This is useless for the customer and amounts to writing an open cheque without having the relevent data. Furthermore, the actual parts to be fitted have never been disclosed but somehow the company came up with costings. This complete lack of transparency and communication led to me going elsewhere and subsequently I would not recommend this company to anybody.
