Very happy with CS Suppliers,With free Delivery,Good price for product

Cs suppliers are excellent 5 star service ,unfortunately delivery service was shocking parcelforce delivered the item ,smashed the glass turntable outside of our house ,left the broken item in the gutter ,but still left the item with no mention of the damage .iopened package ,found the turntable missing then had to go outside and sweep up the smashed item ,so zero stars for parcel foce a proper bunch of clowns ....

We ordered a Dyson vacuum cleaner, it was cheaper here than elsewhere and it arrived quickly.

Quick and easy delivery driver called ahead of time to ensure fridge got delivered.

Excellent service, very prompt delivery. Dok station is perfect. Love that every instrument has a space to store it on the Dok. Great to have the additional attachments too.

Excellent service from CS. They were cheaper than others for the same Dyson product. Dyson themselves were out of stock. Very pleased with CS who kept us informed and also our Dyson cordless V10. Wish we had bought one years ago.

Nonexistent Customer Support. Ordered Dyson vacum cleaner on Saturday, straight away received confirmation email and another email advising me that it will be delivered by Parcelforce within 2 working days. They also provided tracking number. So far so good. Two working days later nothing delivered. Checked tracking number, it said not recognised. Sent an email to CS Suppliers asking about delivery and never received an answre. Tried calling, nobody takes the call, left the message but no contact from them. Finally after about 5 working days Parcelforce tracking is recognised and apparently item is out for a delivery. Never got delivered and next day still not changes at tracking pages, only that it was out for a delivery day before. Having to deal with one bad company is bad enough, but having to deal with two (CS Suppliers and Parcelforce) it’s extremely difficult. I still haven’t got my item and I will ask PayPal for money back.
I made a rookie mistake of not checking reviews, as it appears that my case was not an isolated one. Would not recommend dealing with CS Suppliers. No communication effort whatsoever, so if you have a problem, be prepared for extra frustration. Parcelforce will get their separate 1 star review also.

I ordered a Bosch white microwave, the one that arrived was stainless steel. I appreciate that mistakes are made, however I then called the company and was advised that someone from parcel force would pick up the item and I would then receive my correct order. No courier turned up the next day, I called again and was advised that I should now wait for a call next week for someone to pick up the item for return. So, I am still waiting for the correct microwave to be delivered.

This is not what I call good customer service.

Good price, excellent communication & quick, tracked delivery

On delivery of a replacement fridge, we discovered we had made a mistake in our measurements and consequently the fridge was too big for the alloted space. I sheepishly explained to C S Suppliers fully expecting lots of tutting and sharp intakes of breath. But no, they didn't blink an eye and were more than happy to supply a replacement which arrived as promised 48 hours later Excellent service on what was already a competitively priced product. Would heartily recomend.

I have placed two orders with CS Suppliers this year because of their stock levels and great prices.
In January two large Sony TVs were delivered the next day and I just ordered a Bosch fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, all delivered and fitted the next day. Where would you get it? superb, friendly service, I can't fault CS Suppliers.
