i`ve ordered 1 tyre like 2 weeks ago. i`ve got no email from them for about 5 days when they dispatched the product. One week later from theyr last email, they sent me a new email saying that the parcel will be late, in that moment i`ve canceled the order. I have no idea how the return works as no one is responding the phone, there is no address in they policy where to send the product, they are no responding the emails or calls.

I ordered tyres from ctyres.co.uk due to them having the 2 sizes I wanted and over 20% cheaper than most other suppliers. I then read the reviews on Trustpilot and though "maybe this is why. Am I going to get the wrong size and have a nightmare returning".

2 days later the tyres arrived. I quickly asked the delivery driver to wait as I checked them (really nice and polite delivery guy- well done DX for employing him). I checked them all and are all good. Tyre date stamps indicate they were manufactured within the last 4 months and all tyres of the same size have the same date code.

Quick delivery by DPD at doorstep. Tyre running well so far. Good prices. Might order again

Ordered 2 off "Three A 205 45 17" on the friday, they arrived as promised on the Monday..Fantastic price and fantastic service.. Will definitely recommend CTyres and will use again..Thank you

Order made on 2nd of August to find out 5 hours later that tyres out of stock.
Despite cancelling the order over the phone and three emails theyve send tyres but not the ones I've ordered. They've send G rated tyres.
Until now no refund and no contact from so called company. I've made about 50 phone calls and I've sent few emails regarding my refund and still nothing.

I ordered two tyres size 215/45 R 17 and received email that they didn't have this in stock now will be able to supply me. So I call them and requested a refund. The same afternoon I received the delivery of Tyres the tyres were wronge size I received 195/40 R 16 instead of the size that I ordered ( 215/45 R 17 )
Immediately I call them but my calls were not answered, I also sent the email but haven't received reply. these sellers are suppose to know that 16 inch tyres can not fit on 17 inch rim.
Be warn do not buy from this seller as they only get your money.

I should imagine that ctyres are fine if you need ZERO customer service. i.e. if you get your order right first time and don't need to query anything about the order or the payment.

The problem is if you need to interact with them AT ALL. The phone line has an answering machine that is always full, and that's when the phone line works! They are slow to answer emails - it took me 3 to get a response.

Their T&Cs state you can't cancel an order by email or in writing - you have to do it by phone. That's a problem if you can't get through. I would still email though as I think they read more than they reply to.

Now, fair enough I made a mistake on my order however despite speaking to them the next day as early as possible the order still went through and I had to refuse the delivery. They have said they will refund me in full but as of time of writing I can't confirm this.

waited 2days for tyres so emailed them they offered me a diffrent tyre as mine wss out of stock yet it took me to send the 1st email im currently waiting for money to go back in my bank aint got much hope of it being anytime soon will never use again

Found on Google online for tyres, delivery was fast. I ordered on Wednesday and the tyres were with me for Friday morning. Would recommend great

Didn't bode well when I have no email confirmation of my order. Then the Customer Service line wasn't answered except by an automated system asking for a security code. Finally had an email response to say that the order had been lost and requested the order information again. No response. Had to phone the support line again. This time it was answered and I was informed that they didn't actually have any stock for my tyre. Promised to refund me immediately and send a confirmation email. Still no refund or email. Avoid at all costs.

Not in stock,laying they tried to conntact me about,fitting station the Hendon Central Tyres on Parson Street in London told me to come and when I came they didn't have tyres I ordered and wanted to sale me their tyres and charge me for fitting as they never ever heard about ctyres and they are on their web as fitting place,dont't trust,cone artists

I purchased some tyres through Ctyres.co.uk last week and waited for the 2 days that the website states as general delivery, no tyres delivered so thought fine will send them an email. Sent them an email asking for expected delivery and tracking to which i had no reply so I gave them a call to be told that they didnt have stock of my original order, I got given a choice of a more expensive alternative and that they would honour the same price as my original order which i thought was good of them so i held on, i was also told that the delivery would be latest wednesday and that i would be sent tracking Tuesday, this never happened and no tyres delivered.

I called to find out what was going on with the order again Wednesday afternoon to be told that they werent sure if they were in stock which i reminded them the reason the alternative was offered was because they were in stock! After being told that, they were magically in stock and i was given the excuse deliveries are slow as the tyres now require boxing for shipping. I was again promised that i would be sent tracking that afternoon which surprise surprise never happened!!

Sent another email making a complaint on the thursday and explaining that i required the tyres by Friday so i either required tracking or if they werent able to ship to refund me.

Tyres arrived today finally (not in boxes as they said before was now a requirement) I am still waiting on tracking or any kind of response to either of my emails!

Customer service is terrible, as a customer i dont expect to have to keep chasing a company to find out what is going on with an order or have to call to find out items arent in stock a week later and be fobbed off with excuses, just be honest. Would not recommend and will not be using again.

Ordered some Goodyear tyres ive always used a local kwik fit but got recomended by a work mate to check ctyres out. Price was cheap and they had a fitting centre close by. Will definately be back for my front tyres

I have had two sets of Nexen tyres from Ctyres over the past few years. They have been the lowest price I could find on the internet and luckily were not far from me so I was able to get them fitted at the main place. On one occasion they "refused" to change my front tyres as there was plenty of tread left on them...of course they would have if I had insisted but they saved me 6 months on a new pair.

As far as the Nexen's go they are superb...better than the original continentals.

Ordered some tyres from these guys that nobody seemed to have in stock, the guy i spoke to was very helpfull, price was not oo bad saved me £15 of each tyre

I ordered my tyres on the telephone for fitting on the 8th October 2013, went to the fitting company they advertised and confirmed in their email, only to find that it no longer exists. Telephoned Bob @ Ctyres who agreed a refund as there was no other fitting company in my area. Have not received any confirmation email and have emailed twice since, surprise surprise no contact what so ever and no refund is forthcoming. Fortunately I paid by Credit Card so am now starting a dispute procedure. The ironic thing is I acquired the exact same tyres locally for £10.00 less.
The hype by CTyres is completely untrue and anyone considering using them should beware because you will loose your money.

After shopping around i found ctyres to be the cheapest and their fitting centre was also a short distance from where i worked. Tyres were easy to order online they whole process was very simple. Couldn't be more pleased.
