Customer Service
Will start by saying that I like my Cube Bike - However...
I need a small replacement part for bike (local bike shop lost the part) but i've had no reply from cube customer supports email address. it's been about 4 weeks with no reply. contacted a few cube suppliers in UK who seem to face the same problems with lack of response from cube. The phone line is German language, which isnt a great help.
- In conclusion, why have a customer support function if no one bothers to maintain it?

If Components break they will not be covered by warranty you’ll get passed around and then give up go with Scott bikes much better aftercare.
