Product was actually even better than I expected. The foundry modules I purchased are all absolutely fantastically put together. My only wish is that there were more maps.

The foundry vtt packages are lackluster

Many of this company's customers are incarcerated. Incarcerated individuals have no control over the prison removing the packaging off their books. I purchased a book for my incarcerated husband's birthday, and it turned out he already had that one from another friend. So when he wanted to return the book, cubicle 7 said he couldn't bc the book was out of the packaging even though the actual book had no damage. I can't ever purchase from this company again knowing I can't get my money back if a mistake is made. Treat your incarcerated customers better.

I saw the Glass Cannon Network play A Life Well Lived as part of their GenCon videos. This game supplement looked fun, so I purchased it with the help of a friend. So far I've used the book to make three characters and after each character creation session, someone wanted to make another one. A Life Well Lived has single handedly convinced me to start playing D&D again. I am aware that at some point I will have gone over most of the options presented in the book. That said, I am motivated to pour over the books I have and brew up my own tables so I can stretch out the customization and use it for years to come. Thank you to the whole Cubicle 7 team for creating such a beautiful book. I have barely scratched the surface of what this book offers. It was shipped really fast, and I am actively showing it to whomever is willing to talk about TTRPGs.

A lot of your customers are incarcerated and have no control over how their book arrives to them. If the book is taken out of the packaging, but still in good condition, there is no reason you cannot receive the return and resell it. I recently purchased a book for my incarcerated husband as a gift which turned out to be one he already had that someone else had purchased for him. When it arrived to the prison, it was opened by prison staff and delivered to my husband. And now he can't return it bc you say it can't be opened. I'll never purchase through cubicle 7 again. I can't afford the mistake.

Once again, Cubicle7 proves to be a reliable publisher: the “Doctor Who: Sixty Years of Adventure” books are remarkably well written and produced, delivery is impeccable, and the free pdf is a welcome bonus.

Download suck. Death on the reik was purchased with discount from external site and it is just anoying to get it. On your site, there is error masage and you cant find why if you dont remember it.
